We invite you to our beautiful vacation home with approx. 80 square meters of living space & terrace. The fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room, 3 bedrooms (first floor/attic) and a cozy living room invite you to linger. In addition to a modern bathroom (first floor) with shower, tub, underfloor heating and hairdryer, a separate toilet (attic floor) is also available. For the little ones, a trampoline, swing, sandbox, playhouse with slide and a playground are available in the garden.

In no time at all, you can be at all the important places in the Lusatian Lake District/Spreewald. Shops are within walking distance. The house, which has been lovingly renovated/furnished, has 1 double bed, 1 day bed for two, a baby cot, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchenette, a spacious living-dining room, bicycles, and a courtyard with a parking space.

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

The apartment is nicely decorated and bright, it is also located near the Lake Annahütter See, easily accessible by public transport and is therefore an ideal holiday spot. The 75 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
