This flat is perfect for families that are visiting Leipzig or assembly workers/temporary workers that need a cozy place to stay until their contract work in Leipzig is done. There are at least 3 places to sleep and if needed, additional mattresses can be put in the rooms. The neighborhood is quiet and there are lots of parking spaces. The city center can be reached within 15 minutes by car or with the close-by Tram that gets you to the heart of Leizpig’s downtown area within 20 minutes.

We rent a small apartment in our straw bale house in Markkleeberg. The property is quietly located, not far from the Markkleeberger lake. You can expect a 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Also very suitable for children and families. Diverse excursion destinations into the countryside possible. 15 min drive to Leipziger Zentrum (car).

Ehrliche kleine Pensionswohnung ohne Firlefanz. Viel Nippes muss man viel sauber halten. Wir konzentrieren uns auf das was für Gäste wichtig ist. Super bequemes großes Bett (Matratze neu). Alles ist extrem Sauber, übersichtlich. Wohnzimmer hat Multimedia Fernseher und es gibt einen Tisch zum Arbeiten oder gemeinsam Essen. Wir betreiben seit 10 Jahren Pensionswohnungen und wissen inzwischen: Städtereisende brauchen es vor allem einfach, übersichtlich, schnörkellos und sauber.

Modern furnished apartment in Markkleeberg right outside Leipzig. Everything important is nearby and quickly accessible by public transport to the city's hot spots. Within a few minutes, the southern suburb, the hip Connewitz and Karl-Liebknecht-Straße can be reached. The Neusseenland with Markkleeberger and Cospudener lakes are just a stone's throw away. The apartment is on the first floor and could be rented together with the apartment on the 2nd floor and/or 3rd floor.

Das Apartment befindet sich in der Südvorstadt, einem alternativ geprägten Stadtteil. Das Herzstück der Südvorstadt bildet die belebte Einkaufsmeile der Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. Nicht weit weg vom bunten Treiben der „KarLi“ befindet sich das Apartment in einer Seitenstraße und ist somit ruhig gelegen. Das Apartment bietet die beste Ausgangslage um Leipzig zu erkunden, da das Zentrum Leipzig’s mit nur 1,5 km fußläufig erreichbar ist.

The Löftchen is located - directly adjacent to the city center - in the former publishing house in the historic Graphic Quarter. Within walking distance: the architecturally impressive old town, Gewandhaus, opera house and St. Thomas Church... Shopping, restaurants & stops right on site. The city of Leipzig levies an accommodation tax of 5% of the total cost and must also be paid in cash by the guest during the stay.

We offer a functionally equipped, lockable guest apartment in our modern Bauhaus-style town villa near the Battle Monument in Leipzig ATTENTION: From 01.01.2019 the city of Leipzig levies a guest tax of 1.00 Euro (2 guests) respectively 3.00 Euro (1 guest) per night and person (exceptions: children, adolescents, apprentices, students). The guest tax is payable in cash after checking in to the host.

Our newly built (May 2020) spacious vacation home is located in a quiet location directly on Lake Hainer and yet not far from the metropolis of Leipzig (20 km).

The property with a large garage (ping-pong table and punching bag), trampoline and slackline is at your disposal. The furnishings are open, bright and high quality and invite you to feel good and relax.
