Our vacation home is located in Wüstenrot in the district of Busch in the middle of the Swabian Franconian Forest Nature Park. The farmhouse from 1850 is quiet and idyllic right on the edge of the forest and is surrounded by meadow orchards. With us, the fox and rabbit say "good night" and from time to time you can also watch a deer eating. If you love nature and tranquility and want to relax, you have come to the right place! The nearby and walkable 3D archery course is a highlight!

Sonnenhaus Residence

Sonnenhaus is in a very good, quiet location of Sindelfingen. Just 400 meters from Sonnenhaus is the very large and famous Breuningerland shopping center! At Breuningerland there is simply everything and everything is the best of the best. Just 100 meters from Sonnenhaus is the forest, where you can walk and run well. Stuttgart city center is only 15 km away. Stuttgart Airport is also only 15 km away. (15 minutes by car) near Sonnenhaus is the thermal spa Böblingen (2.4 km)

The special thing about this newly renovated accommodation is the combination of the charming wooden beams and the modern furnishings. It is very easy to reach (whether train, bus or car) and is close to the city. You can park for free in the immediate vicinity.

Charming living in an old country house in the nature park

The farmhouse, newly renovated until 2024, is located on the edge of a hamlet on a plateau in the Swabian-Franconian Forest Nature Park and has three fully furnished apartments. It is ideal for people who want to spend a few days together but would like to keep their privacy. From here you can take wonderful excursions and walks (horse riding, hiking, mountain biking, motorcycle and car tours...). Horses and dogs are welcome to bring along.

Quiet room with TV, kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove and sink. You have your own spacious bathroom, your own wardrobe with shoe cabinet in the hallway, and you can wash your laundry. Actually, it's a 1-room apartment. I'll add more photos of the room and kitchen in the next few days. I have completely renovated and furnished the room. The chairs at the dining table will still be exchanged. I've already ordered the new furniture.

Schlechtbacher Sawmill

The vacation home was built in 1971 by the Stuttgart architect Günter Behnisch. With the large glass front and the lots of wood, you feel at one with nature. A living room with a tiled stove, cozy sofa corner and a large table for sitting together offers everything you need for a vacation together. And if you want to be a little more for yourself without being alone, you can enjoy the action from one of the armchairs on the gallery.

"Hägelesklinge" Cozy country house in a secluded location

Dear guests! Our beautiful country house is located near Kaisersbach in the Welzheimer Forest. Surrounded by meadows and forests. It consists of two semi-detached houses, which are temporarily rented to vacation guests. (The second apartment "Erne Müller" can also be found on Airbnb.) Secluded location in a popular hiking area. Numerous swimming lakes in close proximity. The apartment "Hägelesklinge" can accommodate 4 people.

Pure quality of life! Enjoy breathtaking sunsets and an idyllic panorama in this stylish and high-quality furnished accommodation. Perfect for romantic evenings for two or you can just sit back and unwind in this quiet area. The Weinsberger Kreuz highway connection can be reached in 5 minutes. The local Norma is on the direct route to our place. Thus, spontaneous overnight stays are not a problem. Looking forward to your visit!

Guest room with private entrance

We offer you a lovingly furnished guest room with a separate entrance – ideal for relaxing after an eventful day. The room is equipped with a comfortable 1.40 m bed, sofa and armchair, a dining table with 4 chairs, a small kitchen with basic equipment and a smart TV. The bathroom for private use is located across the hall. You can reach the guest room via your own terrace (6 steps). This is a non-smoking room.

Souterrain Studio 19 min ‘walking’ Downtown

My accommodation is good for couples, cyclists, students, solo travellers, adventurers, business travellers and families (with children). It is about 15 minutes walk from the centre of SHA, but with a climb = 100 m difference in altitude!!!! Down easy, back better by bus... NO PETS ALLOWED... Breakfast is available—feel free to help yourself. A small donation in the blue piggy bank is welcome. 😊

Vacation house in the green / nature park / sauna

Our vacation home is located in the Swabian Franconian Forest. The vacation home is ideal for friends, work colleagues, families, smaller groups and sports clubs for recreation. You can stay in this house with up to 9 people. The house has a very nice warm fireplace that heats the house in the winter months. Very good Wi-Fi is available. A sauna can be booked not far from the house. (200 m)

One-room apartment, quiet location

The apartment is in the basement and has its own entrance. It can be reached from the garden. The house is located in a quiet settlement. The historic city center is a 20-minute walk. A bus stop is 500 meters away. The local recreation area "Breite Eiche" invites you to take long walks. Shopping facilities are located nearby. The bed is 135 cm wide. We can provide an extra mattress.
