The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

In the courtyard of our Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared this small accommodation for you. Through the large gate entrance of the main house you will reach the courtyard with a cottage that is only used by you. There is also a very small bathroom and a small cooking facility with a fridge at your disposal. The terrace can be used in summer, for example, for breakfast in the sun.

An idyllic & quiet farm awaits you on almost 3000 square meters with a large & fenced garden - consisting of meadows, fruit trees, barns with a view of nature - all to yourself. Between the Düben Heath Nature Park & Muldestausee you will find bike paths, extensive lakes, forests & lots of peace and quiet. The farmhouse has a large garden, gazebo, pool as well as an open barn.

The house New Port with its three bedrooms and its large living room offers enough space for 6 people. Two independently usable, fully equipped bathrooms allow a lot of privacy. The absolute highlight of this house is the 25m², individually usable roof terrace. From here, you have a perfect view over the entire area, as well as a great view on the Goitzsche.
