Immenstadt is about 2 km (1.2 miles) away and offers shopping options, as well as cafés and restaurants in its historic old town, including Marienplatz. A footpath connects the two places. Bühl, with its many leisure attractions, is just a few minutes away on foot. In both summer and winter, a wide range of sports activities are available: sailing, skiing (ski lifts easily accessible by car), cross-country skiing, water skiing, hiking, a summer toboggan run, and much more.

In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig.
