Surrounded by picturesque Holstein Switzerland, between a beautiful lake landscape, it is an ideal starting point for excursions into the beautiful surroundings. It's also close to the Baltic Sea (about 20 minutes). The distance to the market square in Eutin is about 3 km.

In this rural idyll with modern comforts, you can experience special moments close to nature. Far away from the hustle and bustle, but in the neighborhood of popular highlights of the region (Baltic Sea, water sports, culture, shopping, etc.), you can enjoy a unique day at our stud farm. The family's horse breeding tradition is centuries old. Feel free to bring your horse and enjoy lessons up to the highest class - or just the remarkable East Holstein hills.

Bright tiny house with nature view

On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

The promenade also invites you to take a nice stroll. You will find the perfect starting point for relaxing days here. Renovated in 2021 and high-quality equipped 2-room apartment is located near the beach (5-7 minutes' walk), not far from the new dune park, in popular Baltic Sea resort Grömitz. The apartment is central yet very quiet, so you can relax ideally in the apartment and on the large terrace. As a special highlight, we offer our guests a free beach chair worth €15 per day from April to early October.

The fresh sea air is guaranteed, the Baltic Sea is only 800 meters away! Private parking space right by the house. Suitable for allergy sufferers and everything on one level.

Tiny house with fireplace

Here you can book a 10 m² tiny house with a small kitchen and integrated bathroom. For cold evenings, there is a fireplace in addition to the underfloor heating. The accommodation is hidden between apple, pear, plum and walnut trees in our garden. The tiny house is biologically insulated with wood wool, clad from the inside with profiled wood and from the outside with larch wood from the region.

On the beach with a view

Enjoy the simple life in this quiet apartment located only about 100m from the beach. A green area ( there you can watch the rabbits from the balcony) and a little busy neighborhood street, separates the building from the promenade. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. A large garage ( clearance height 1.90) is also provided.
