Die 90 Quadratmeter messende Wohnung direkt am Strand verfügt über eine klare, moderne Einrichtung, ein durchgängiges Eichenparkett mit Fußbodenheizung für die kalten Monate und Flächenkühlung für den Hochsommer sowie raumhohe Fenster für eine helle, freundliche Atmosphäre. Über die großzügige Terrasse sind es nur wenige Meter zum Sandstrand von Pelzerhaken. Mittelpunkt der Wohnung stellt der große Wohnessbereich mit Meerblick dar, mit vollausgestatteter Küche, Eichen- Esstisch, großem Ecksofa und Flachbildfernseher. Die qualitativ hochwertig ausgestattete Küche mit Induktionskochfeld und Stein-Arbeitsplatte verfügt über außergewöhnlich viel Stauraum für sämtliche Einkäufe, damit der Besuch eines der fußläufig erreichbaren Restaurants für gutes Essen eine gute Option, keinesfalls aber ein Muss ist. Für einen erholsamen Schlaf sorgen zwei separate Schlafzimmer mit einem 1,80 breitem Doppelbett bzw. zwei separaten Einzelbetten. Die Wohnanlage verfügt über einen großen, einfach über eine Rampe zu erreichenden Fahrradkeller, in dem mitgebrachte Räder sicher und trocken untergestellt werden können. BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. "Feldrain" – a cozy wooden house in the countryside, part of an ensemble with a communal sauna and private garden. Large windows open the view of the horse paddock, nature and tranquility included. On about 60 m², up to 4 guests (+2 extra beds) will find space to feel good. Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be reserved, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes by foot. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, early check-in & late check-out on request.

The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments. Enjoy the view over the Bay of Lübeck from the rooftop terrace of the Goldmädchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

Our house can accommodate up to 8 people and is located 3 minutes by car from Lehnsahn and 15 minutes from Grömitz. It has a large garden overlooking the horse paddocks and is absolutely quiet. In the middle of Holstein Switzerland, close to the most beautiful beaches, surrounded by equestrian farms, lakes, forests and fields, lies our country house Frida. Linens can be booked. Please always announce commercial photography and filming!

Apartment with private entrance directly on the garden and only 10 minutes from the beach. Private bathroom with shower, small kitchen and living room are available. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided once per stay. Tourist tax €2 per day per person to be paid directly on the beach. Bicycle rental for two people possible (no e-bike). Charging station for electric cars available and can be used for a fee.

New, modern apartment between forest and sea

This apartment was newly built and furnished in 2022. Our farm is located off the main road, very quiet and idyllic surrounded by meadows and forest. It is about 6 km to the Baltic Sea, Grömitz. You can shop in our Regiomaten or in the surrounding towns of Lensahn, Grömitz. In the season from June, we operate a farm shop where fresh vegetables from our own production are offered.

Top location! Vacation rental on the beach boulevard

The apartment consists of kitchen, bathroom and sleeping/living area, is fully equipped and can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. No pets allowed! The apartment has a separate entrance. Enjoy a place right on the beach and "in the heart of Timmendorf" in our apartment and jump right into the water after an extensive breakfast, cycle along the coast or stroll through our town.
