The 90 square meter apartment right on the beach has a clear, modern interior, a continuous oak parquet with underfloor heating for the cold months and surface cooling for the high summer as well as floor-to-ceiling windows for a bright, friendly atmosphere. It's just a few meters to the sandy beach of Pelzerhaken via the spacious terrace. The centerpiece of the apartment is the large living area with sea views, with fully equipped kitchen, oak dining table, large corner sofa and flat screen TV. The high-quality kitchen with induction stovetop and stone countertop has an exceptional amount of storage space for all purchases, so visiting one of the restaurants within walking distance for good food is a good option, but by no means a must. Two separate bedrooms with a 1.80-wide double bed or two separate single beds ensure a restful sleep. In order to be able to jump into the Baltic Sea with fresh courage outside the summer months or to warm up again after a walk, there is a small, fine sauna made of ash wood and a powerful oven in one of the two bathrooms. The apartment has a reserved parking space with its own 22 kW wallbox. The residential complex is sustainably supplied with its own electricity via an in-house photovoltaic system. The residential complex has a large bicycle cellar, which can be easily reached via a ramp, in which bicycles brought along can be safely and dryly stored. In the middle of fields and Knicks, you will find a quiet spot on the edge of the field with panoramic views over the Baltic Sea, the Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by bike. A newly developed 14 m" large construction trailer with a bed (160), a small kitchenette and one seating inside/outside awaits you. The toilet and shower are located in another construction trailer next door. Fresh vegetables and eggs from our garden are available seasonally, as well as a folding bike :)

Kavalierhaus Gut Güldenstein - up to 19 people

The Kavalierhaus is located opposite the stables and has a large garden with pavilion, surrounded by rhododendrons. The building has recently been lovingly restored. On the first floor is a spacious dining room, the kitchen with separate pantry, a study, a large living room with fireplace, two double bedrooms, each with a shower room en-suite, a guest toilet and the utility room. Upstairs are 7 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, as well as 4 bathrooms.
