Villa vacation rentals in Grižane-Belgrad

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Ingrid was so welcoming and responded almost instantly with any recommendations. What a wonderful host. The house was stunning, so much so it was difficult to get my teenage kids to go out during our stay. It was very peaceful and private and so so relaxing. Within a 15 minute walk is a lovely hill top town with restaurants and a lovely cafe bar. It wasn’t too touristy and it had a lovely atmosphere. A perfect stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa. You won’t regret it.

This place is amazing and perfect for 4 couple. Jakovs attention to detail was amazing. It has a beautiful view. There are about 6 switchback s to get to the villa. It has been constructed with the power lines underground and it appears to be the only villa in the area plus the one his sister owns next door that is set up that way. This means that ahead of you there are unrestricted views. Although walking around the top of the hill is beautiful - it is a trek to get from downtown and you need a car. As long as you plan ahead all is great. As we basically cooked most evening this was great. The outside grill area in the back is great for 8 people as is the inside and outside dining. The King beds were great and the balconies for the 2 upstairs bedrooms were great. I highly recommend this place. It is stunning. Kakov also provided a fruit basket, some wine etc as a welcome gift. First Class.

We had a wonderful stay with a large group of people (adults and children) at Fabian's accommodation. Here are the key things we loved about our experience: The apartments were very clean and incredibly comfortable. Stunning Sea Views Fabian was a fantastic host, always friendly and helpful. He provided us with plenty of valuable local tips. The apartments were perfectly situated close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, while still offering a peaceful environment. The spacious apartments and outdoor areas made it ideal for our large group.

Fantastic house in a great, peaceful location. It was spotless, and had plenty of space for 6 of us and it has a lot of character with the stone work. And the host was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend it!

Had a wonderful time together with our 4 children. Swimming pool was very nice and everything was present and in good condition.

We had a lovely time at Jelena's place. The place was easy to reach and you could park right outside the door. The nearest big town, Lovran, was perfectly within walking distance. There were many restaurants and a beautiful old town. Jelena also gave us tips and contacts for activities in the area. Overall, the stay was perfect! We'll definitely do that again.

Superb house with outstanding facilities. Our kids loved all the things to do especially enjoying the pool. The location is superb as well in the quiet hills just 5 minutes drive from all the delights of Crikvenica. Many thanks.

Super host, clean place to stay in clean space. Were 3 couples, all enough space in living room and terrace. Both rooms on the 1st floor a bit too little storage space. We will be happy to come back.

Great accommodation with swimming pool, you were looked after twice a week. Lidija also takes care of the guests and asks if everything is okay. Always happy to come back.

Great place for a relaxed holiday with family. The house is beautiful, the swimming pool is a dream and the view is stunning. There is a shop just outside the property , very handy! The only thing I wish there was a sidewalk so one could go for a stroll. The owner is very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend!

We had a lovely time with the family. The accommodation is superb, functional, modern... The place is super quiet and we were able to enjoy the pool in peace. The owner is super warm and has very good advice for restaurants and shops. She even provided a welcome gift with a fruit basket and a bottle of wine... We would certainly like to go back and we will advertise it to our loved ones. To be provided... A satellite TV configuration with French and Belgian channels. :-)

Damir is an absolute great Host and Person. He replies very fast on any Questions. The House had all we needed. We stayed with 7 Persons and the Space is absolute amazing. We stayed 5 Days and didnt left the villa because it has everything u need. We can say for sure it was one of the best Holidays we ever had. Thank you for everything

House was fantastic and the host was great too. The street can be noisy at times but inside the home with doors and windows shut, it’s silent. <10 min to the beach, take the hosts recommendation, it was great. <10 minutes to the grocery store.

We had a wonderful stay! We liked the accommodation very much – everything was clean, well-maintained and exactly as described. We were completely satisfied and felt very comfortable. We would especially like to mention Tomislav, who welcomed us and took care of the cleaning of the facility every day. Thank you for that! Very nice stylishly furnished semi-detached house. We loved the pool and used the great outdoor kitchen (barbecue) almost every night. Many thoughtful touches such as the outdoor fans against mosquitoes and heat, the ice maker, etc., delighted us. Highly recommended for a "chill vacation".

A fantastic stay in a stylish house with a feel-good guarantee - it doesn't get any better! We had a fantastic stay in this beautifully decorated vacation home! Everything is designed with a lot of taste and attention to detail – stylish, modern and yet cozy. The heated pool and hot tub were absolute highlights – ideal for relaxing and enjoying, especially in the evening. A big thank you to Tajana, our warm host! She greeted us with fresh strawberries, a watermelon and other loving attentions – a wonderful gesture that made the stay special from the beginning. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!
