The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. There is a covered, shady inner courtyard (60m²) with an outdoor kitchen and an open grill fireplace, which can also turn motor-driven suckling pigs.
