Il terrazzo offre un tavolo e il grill per piacevoli pranzi e cene avvolti da un suggestivo panorama. Das Heimelige Chalet ist perfekt für Familien mit Kindern oder auch nur um zu zweit die Ruhe zu geniessen. Im Chalet befindet sich ein Doppelbett und im Dachstock ein Massenschlag aus Matratzen. Man hat eine gigantische Aussicht in die Ruinaulta, den Flimserstein, Calanda und viele verschiedene Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Ganz speziell im Chalet Balu ist die Wohlfühloase mit Sauna. Wer lust hat zu grillieren kann bei uns Hofeigene Bio-Rindfeisch Produkte beziehen und andere regionale Produkte.

Die Wohnung ist ideal für 1 oder 2 Familien geeignet bis total 6 Personen plus 2 Babies/Kleinkinder. Der Ski Bus hält alle 30 Minuten in unmittelbarer Nähe (250M) und bringt Sie bequem bis zur Talstation. Tiefgaragenplatz, Aussenparkplatz, Spühlmaschine und Feuerstelle sind inklusive.

Um dorthin zu gelangen, müsst ihr ein paar Aussentreppen steigen. Genießt dort ungestörte Erholung mit herrlichem Ausblick!

Unser Haus steht in einem kleinen Bergdorf mitten in den Glarner Bergen in der Nähe von Elm. Die Ferienwohnung ist direkt im Haus des Gastgebers. Zur Ferienwohnung gehört ein Teil des Gartens. Ein Gasgrill steht unseren Gästen zur Alleinbenutzung zur Verfügung. Gratis Parkplatz beim Haus. Uns liegt das Wohlbefinden unseren Gäste sehr am Herzen. Das ganze Jahr über bieten sich viele verschiedene Aktivitäten in dieser Region an. Für jedermann/frau ist etwas dabei.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
