It also includes a screened-in front porch to relax while looking onto the front yard full of native flowers and plants. There are 12 steps to get into the home from the street. It is 5 steps from the driveway into the home.

Heated pool gives you a great Oasis (open approximately May 24- September 30). The living room, eat-in kitchen, Bar, Kitchenette and downstairs theatre room are great gathering areas.
