The custom table and countertops made from 125 year old lumber provide a rustic feel in a modern living space. Everything in the house is new: flooring, cabinets, appliances, furniture, etc. The attached 2-car garage is available for guests.

The place has a full kitchen, a nice dining room, and a comfortable living room. office desk the place is perfect for an extended stay or for a short hunting trip. Great for a place to stay to spend time at the amazing beaches at Lake Mac as the lake is only 15 minutes away! Great for events and big groups- My place ~ 6k sq ft, close to Dodge, 680/80. It is a quick drive to zoo, malls, airport, parks, Costco, grocery, restaurants, bars, regency, and more . You’ll love the outdoor space, seasonal pool (open after frost in March until mid October) & outdoor bar for entertainment, the ambiance, the neighborhood, and the comfy beds. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and small to big groups.

Sandhills get-away right off the main highway and extremely close to town. Halsey National Forest is just a few minutes away and many great Refuge lakes are in the area between Thedford and Valentine. Beautiful views of the sandhills and Middle Loup river going thru the property, with a small catch & release fishing pond on property.
