My husband and I were in Bellevue visiting family but needed a place to sleep while in town this time. Keri’s place was super convenient and extremely organized and clean. I’m very particular in homes we choose to rent as far as aesthetics and cleanliness. Both are important to me and this was excellent in both regards. We are so relieved to have found a spot we can stay at again as well as refer to other family members who need a spot to stay while visiting our son stationed at Offutt. I can’t say enough good things about our stay! We have stayed at a number of airbnb’s in the Omaha downtown area while visiting family over the years and this was by far the best! The location can’t be beat and we felt welcomed, comfortable, safe and even a little spoiled during our stay. Thanks A & K for hosting and enhancing our holiday memories!

Jacob’s place was perfect for my a week work trip. Very clean, comfortable and peaceful. Kitchen is so well stocked that I didn’t need to get almost any supply my own. Great host: easy to communicate. Convenient and safe neighbourhood. I highly recommend!

Had some issues finding the garage. James was great at helping me even though it was late. Clean. Perfect location for Lincoln downtown.

This place was perfect! Nice with a scenic view of city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Within walking of amazing restaurants and our son’s apartment.

Great location and host. We were in town for the college World Series last minute and had constantly changing travel plans. Shannon was very responsive and accommodating. Also responded quickly to questions and was always helpful. Overall the best host I have dealt with. Strongly recommend.

Great little two bedroom space with kitchen and small living space. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Rick was extremely helpful! Would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in town.

Everything was wonderful. This is such a great part of Omaha. Lots of great restaurants. The whole Turner Park was lit up every night with Christmas lights, which was beautiful. It was easy to get into and we felt very secure. The apartment was quite lovely and Giles was very proactive in making sure we had what we needed. We would definitely stay here again !!

This was a great spot to stay for a few nights while in town for a conference. As others have mentioned, the area is downtown so it is a bit noisy with traffic. However, earplugs and noise machines provided for visitors did the job just fine! The hosts were helpful and proactive in helping us get settled.

We had a great stay. The condo was very close to almost everything we wanted to do - under 10 minutes. The added amenities like the fans and additional throw blankets added to the comforts of home. The host was very responsive to every question we had.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Host: We had an amazing stay at Kurt’s property. The location is fantastic—close to the lake with a beautiful view that we enjoyed from a distance. The house itself was comfortable and well-maintained, making it a perfect getaway spot. Kurt was incredibly easy to work with; the check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. We accidentally left behind an Apple Watch and a pair of EarPods, and Kurt went above and beyond by mailing them back to us promptly. His attentiveness and quick communication made our experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We’ll definitely consider coming back!

Our group stayed in both apartments (A & B). Both units have been recently renovated with comfortable furniture, great kitchen, nice linens and mattresses. Unit B has 3 bedrooms, but only 1 bath; 4 of us managed, but it was rather tight. Josie, a great hostess, had to clean bathtub upon our arrival, which she did in minutes after being contacted. Unit A has 3 bedrooms but 2 baths and is much larger. A minor issue was the presence of a few bugs...nothing serious, just a bit annoying. All in all, we enjoyed our 4 nights there and would definitely recommend A and secondly B for staying in Norfolk.

I had an amazing stay at Ryan and Lacey's place! The apartment was spotless, just as pictured, and came with great amenities. As a woman living by myself for a couple of months, I felt extremely safe here. The building is full of kind and helpful people, making the experience even better. The apartment truly felt like home, with plenty of things to do around the area, including fantastic brunch spots and great places to hang out with friends. Ryan and Lacey have been exceptional hosts—some of the best people I've ever encountered. They went above and beyond to assist me, even in a difficult situation I inadvertently caused. Their kindness and understanding are something I'll never forget. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—it’s a gem!

This was such a fun stay! Unique structure in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed how close we were to shopping and restaurants. While it was snowy and cold when we visited, we hope to come back in summer to enjoy the upstairs balcony area and the park right across the street. Loved our stay and will hopefully be back soon!

This was a great place to stay with a large group. The space is HUGE. The kitchen is also very large. Overall, I would recommend and stay here again.

Jerry's Airbnb is in a great location because you can get to most anywhere you could want fairly easily. The neighborhood is safe and the inside is beautiful. Everything you need to cook, clean and do laundry is furnished as well. Jerry answered any questions I had and was very helpful in learning the area. Off street parking is a huge selling point in Omaha too! I would highly recommend staying at his Airbnb if you are planning to visit Omaha.

An amazing place to stay if you are in the Kearney area. We have stayed numerous times and each time is just as amazing as the time before. A clean place, easy to get around, as well as great communications with the host. Looking to stay again when I’m in the area.
