Staying at Victoria's Airbnb was a great experience. The space is comfortable, private, clean, everything is working and you easily feel like home for the time of your stay. Victoria is friendly, responsive and helpful.

Nice apartment, extremely well located, walking distance from the street car and many grocery stores. Brian is a top host, very proactive and easy to communicate with (he responds to messages within a few minutes). We would definitely stay there again! Thank you Brian for letting us stay in your apartment, and for tour kindness during our stay from the start.

Robert’s place was delightful. It had everything we needed and was in a great spot, close to restaurants and the tram. It was even more beautiful than the photos. Our nicest Airbnb yet, and we have stayed in lots.

Great location! Neighborhood was very walkable and safe. We were traveling with a dog and enjoyed having an outdoor space for her.

We loved staying at David’s apartment! It was a walkable distance to French Quarter while facing a very quiet part of St. Charles Street. Appliances were new and clean, with very comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. We appreciated that everything was ADA compliant, which was easy to move around for my father who is a wheelchair user. Did not get to use the pool and the gym but they are available for the guests. There was a glitch on Airbnb’s system end, but David was very kind, helpful, and flexible. We miss New Orleans already, and would definitely stay at David’s apartment again!

The apartment was a perfect location for our planned activities in New Orleans. Jesse (& family) were welcoming and caring. The space was perfectly appointed and had every amenity one would need. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

This Uptown stay gave me exactly what I needed: a peaceful reset away from the buzz of the French Quarter and all the tourist traffic. The neighborhood was calm and quiet, and the apartment itself was impeccable. So much natural light, beautiful decor, and a layout that just made sense. It felt like a true retreat. I loved the flow of the space, the cozy bedrooms, and the little private outdoor area where I’d sip coffee in the morning or sit in stillness at night. Every corner felt thoughtful and inviting. Brad was a fantastic host. He was super responsive throughout our stay, and when we accidentally left some things behind, he went above and beyond to ship them back to us in Chicago. That kind of care really stood out. I see why this place is called the Vibrant Uptown Retreat. It absolutely lived up to the name. I can’t wait to return to New Orleans, and if this place is available, I already know where I’ll be staying. And you should book it too. Trust me. You won't regret it.

My stay with Preservation Green was awesome! Absolutely stellar location, 2 blocks from Magazine Street and less than a block from a phenomenal sandwich/cocktail joint. Kendra was AMAZING, so accommodating and welcoming. Super responsive. Overall, a great experience in the Garden District. Would definitely stay again.

I had a great time staying at this cute little place on Algiers Point. It’s located a quick walk to the Ferry and the neighborhood is colorful and welcoming. Perfect place to lay your head when you want to go to New Orleans without staying directly in the city.

This was hands down one of the best places I've stayed at through Airbnb. No lies were told. The space was exactly as the photos showed. Just lovely! Clear instructions, easy to find, felt safe and right at home as soon as we entered the premises. 888 Barrone was a true gem and the parking app they suggested was a life saver. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. Before leaving, we also had a little added surprise of a celebrity sighting👀. You just never know😊. I recommend this place 1000%! Loved it!

The Airbnb was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described (if not better!). The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The location was close to everything we needed but still peaceful and quiet. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. This place was super cute and looked just like the pictures. Very clean, and felt very safe as a single woman. Great area, a few steps from Magazine, and walkable to many cute shops and restaurants. Carter was quick to respond, kind and professional. It was a great weekend visit to New Orleans, and would book with these guys any time I'm in the area. Thanks again Carter for everything! Ligy was such a wonderful host! She was friendly and extremely responsive. I could tell that she really cared about making sure our stay was the best it could be and totally went the extra mile to do so. She was very accommodating. The place itself was really nice. It was a well managed room in a time-share hotel that fit me and my father's needs perfectly for a last minute one-night stay for the super bowl without having to settle on quality or cleanliness. I can’t speak highly enough about my stay here. I’m a sucker for two things—themed apartments and hot tubs. If those speak to you, book Jim’s place right now. I am familiar with the area and was attending a conference downtown and wanted a little bit of peace and quiet before heading downtown, and this was absolutely it. There is an abundance of shops and restaurants around without having to call a car to get into the quarter, and the neighbourhood is friendly and safe to walk around. Street parking was a breeze, if you’re planning on renting a car. Nightly soak in the hot tub was A+!

We had such a great stay! The home was spotless, cozy, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—from kitchen supplies to bathroom essentials. It really felt like a home away from home. The host was super friendly and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

My husband and I had a really wonderful and memorable stay, thanks to Ian, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. He went out of his way to make us feel at home, offering genuine hospitality and even took us out on our last night in New Orleans (during Jazz Fest), which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip! The space itself is definitely more of a lived-in space; cozy but a little cluttered. That said, the unit is bigger than the photos lead on. There is a bonus sink/vanity right outside of the bathroom, that was certainly a plus for us when getting ready for the day/night. The location is ideal, walking distance to grocery stores, street cars, buses, and GREAT restaurants; at the same time the apt is remote and away from any street noise. We did run into an issue with the shower temperature and Ian fixed it right away. If you're someone who values a warm, local connection over a super polished space, this is your spot! Ian's hospitality is next to none!
