This cozy 4 bedroom 2 bath home is located on the water at Greer's Ferry Lake in Higden. The pathway to the water has a beautiful view and a great place to jump in the lake or drop a fishing line. Water equipment provided for guests include 2 kayaks with paddles, fun noodles and more.This lake house has 2 king rooms with new Serta hybrid mattresses. One of the king rooms also has 2 chairs that unzip and fold out into twin beds. The lakeview Queen room has a new Serta pillowtop hybrid mattress.

Featuring all new appliances and flooring, a large deck, fully updated kitchen and two full bathrooms, it is perfect for a family vacation. This home away from home has plenty of space for your family to enjoy. The path to the lake is fairly steep, and maybe difficult for mobility restrictions Boat ramp is less then a 5 min drive
