This amazing home was originally built in the late 1900's and has been lovingly maintained, and recently fully renovated and upgraded to today's lifestyle amenities. All furniture and mattresses are new and plush and will cradle you to sleep. Secure high speed internet and flat screen TV allow for Netflix or App entertainment. This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and an open loft with two queen beds. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, fishing and within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets but we charge a 20 fee. Please let us know if you bring your pet.

La Casita was originally built as a barber shop in Monroe many years ago. As you will see in the pictures the original light used by the barber over the bed. Located in close proximity to our local hot pots, ATV trails, hiking, fishing, and Utah’s National and State Parks. The home is a nice comfy place to lay your head at night and explore the world during the day. Small private backyard to view the stars at night and the quiet peaceful feel of rural Utah.
