Well we have a keurig and as well located next door to Star-bucks. The condo is professionally cleaned after each guest. The Craftsman Studio is a new downtown addition to a 110 year old craftsman house. The addition was designed and decorated by a Greenville architect who lives in the main house. The property sits in a historic downtown neighborhood, just 4 short blocks from Main St. Although it's so close to downtown, the neighborhood is a quiet haven away from urban life. (Although there are kids in the neighborhood which could add some flare/fun noise to your day if you’re staying in.)

The Bike Barn ( next to Furman University)

This is a tiny house in the backyard of the hosts’ home, in a residential neighborhood located in north Greenville, steps from Furman University campus. It is a private space, with separate entrance, queen bed, small efficiency kitchen, and full bathroom. There is a Smart TV and free WIFI. There is potential for noise from campus and Duncan Chapel Road. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Please let us know if you plan to bring more than 1 vehicle. We do not permit smoking.
