We had a great stay, unfortunately we were in the middle of a hurricane and Tim and Patty were so helpful. We lost all power but still were able to have a great time in spite of the circumstances. Thanks again you guys. I see why you guys are super hosts.

Exceptional stay in Greenville. Couldn't ask for a better location, easy to park, host extremely responsive, instructions were easy to follow, very comfortable, place itself was very well appointed and clean. Would not hesitate to book this place again.

On the heart of Main Street in downtown Greenville

This is a great place to stay in town! Park your car in the adjacent parking garage and walk to probably hundreds of restaurants, bars, and shopping. Property was exactly as described. Very clean with nice amenities. Navina is very responsive when communication is needed and helpful with suggestions on what to do and where to go in town. The building is very safe as you must use a key fob to access the building door and elevator.

The condo was wonderful. Only 7 condos in the building. Very quiet. Sheets very soft and beds very comfortable. The best and most important part is the parking. You have an assigned parking place inside a gated parking "lot". You enter a code to enter and exit. The condo is walkable to all restaurants and activities! Would love to stay here again the next time I visit Greenville.

Off street parking for two vehicles. Fast wifi (upgraded package) with smart TVs in the bedrooms and living room. Close to Prisma hospital, St. Francis DT, Downtown Greenville, Fluor Field, Augusta Rd, Bon Secours Wellness Arena. One of the best kept secrets in Greenville, quiet dead end, close to downtown!

Such a cool, modern place! Nice to have convenient parking included. We absolutely loved the location and it was so walkable to many awesome restaurants, juice bars, coffee shops, and retail shops. We really enjoyed being steps to Falls Park on the Reedy where we enjoyed walking on the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Thanks again for a perfect introduction to Downtown Greenville. Hope we can stay again soon!

The room was exactly what I needed and was worth the price. It was very clean along with the floors, bed linen and provided towels. Fridge and microwave were available in the room, working and clean. I also liked that I was provided with my own key for the room. The bathroom was right next to the room and was shared but it was still maintained clean, light and well organized. I like the responsiveness of the host for inquiries and communication. Even upon the event of locking myself out of the house, he was able to unlock for me remotely, almost immediately. Generally, I had no problems with this room or the host.

What a great place! Very easy to find and park with the clear host instructions. The close dedicated parking is great and safe. The unit was ultra-clean and modern high-end appliances. The bed was a new cozy memory foam mattress. Highly recommended!
