Prefect Airbnb for our stay in the Lakes for the great north swim. Well stocked airbnb with everything you could possible need. Would definitely stay again, lived the open fire.

Stayed for two nights at Tina and Phillip’s house. It was perfect. Really handy to walk into Ulverston and we enjoyed the surround countryside. It’s a great spot with good access to the Lakes. The house had everything you could need and good quality. Tina was super helpful - we are in the midst of house renovations so we probably did more washing and cooking than most staying for two nights - the house worked really well for us. Would stay again!

Well, we have stayed many times in the lakes but this stood out. The peaceful location and beautiful views as well as a lovely property made our stay great. We have come to love this area around Ulverston and so the location was great. The cottage was of a very high standard with lovely personal touches. The dogs were very much at home. We would love to come again in the near future. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at No Eleven The Iron Works, even before our break started we had great communication from Glyn, with lots of recommendations. We arrived to an extremely thoughtful gift basket with lots of treats ( the jelly beans were delicious ) The apartment is beautifully decorated with lots of great touches, we really appreciated that we had everything we needed, we only ate out one evening because we felt so comfortable in the apartment. Nothing was too much trouble for Glyn and his wife. I cannot recommend a stay here enough and we will be back. Thank you so much to both Glyn and his wife for making our stay so amazing.
