Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Green Point

This was my 3rd trip to Cape Town and I was yearning for an authentic, yet safe space as a solo traveler for the week. This hit the spot! This space is tastefully updated and designed yet retains the charm, colors and history of a classic Waterkant home, it was exactly as expected from the photos. I felt right at home the second I walked through the door! Walkable to shops and restaurants and easy to catch an uber within seconds. Don’t miss out on a fun night at Cafe Manhattan or an authentic meal at Osteria Tarantino! 10/10 and I will be back!

We had an amazing stay at Ilse and Dan’s place! They were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The property is absolutely gorgeous, and the three of us, all experienced Airbnb travelers, unanimously agreed it was one of the best we’ve stayed at. The location is perfect, beautifully decorated, and we had no trouble with parking. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and they even let us leave our luggage for a few extra hours after checking out, which was super helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience and we’d definitely love to return and recommend it to friends!

Was very good value. Lovely neighborhood and spot. Everything you need, larger than expected and the hosts are very helpful. I am sure I will be going back shortly.

Bespoke and their accommodation could not have been more amazing. The communication was great and it was really appreciated to get greeted at the house with someone to show you around the place. The place itself was beautiful with all the amenities that one could possibly need and it was in a beautiful area. I would highly recommend Bespoke to anyone and will definitely be using them again. What a wonderful property. It immediately felt like home. Both my wife and I were also remote working so the little office space was perfect. The kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed cooking there. The outside space was just beautiful and all conveniences were a short drive away. We didn't want to leave! It was also spotlessly clean. Sharon was amazing in answering all our questions promptly. We highly recommend this gorgeous hidden gem in Hout Bay.

Any amazing and very modern space. Very few AirBnB look just like the photos and this place surpassed theirs. The privacy of the bedrooms with such an open concept was great and the outdoor garden terrace and rooftop was perfect. Definitely will stay here again.

A home away from home, walking distance to the promenade, restaurants and Hop On Hop Off Bus. I stayed for 4 nights on my own and really appreciated Rojeanne's friendly and responsive communication. I really enjoyed my stay 😀

our second family stay at this location. Large apparment with everything in it, including a washing machine and dryer. Extracter fan above the cooking platform is not working, so you'll need to open a door and window when cooking. Other than than the only downside is that the large windows let in a lot of sun and the place can get hot with sunshine. There's only a/c in the main bedroom. You can open the sliding doors and windows, which does counter most of it, but we did not want to leave the doors open during the night. The location is a short drive or a medium walk away from waterfront and a good central location to get to anywhere within cape town. Parking space is a big plus, although parking an overland safari truck is going to be a bit of a challenge and a tight fit, but not impossible. The host is great and communication was great. We were allowed a very late checkout without additional costs. I would recommend this place to to families.

what a masterpiece. the windows all frame the ocean views perfectly and you can sleep to the sound of the ocean. the apartment in neat and spotless and you could feel right at home. fitted with everything you need also. absolutely loved it.

The apartment was fabulous, Ryan was our point person and he was great. The locations is in a neighborhood that is walkable to the waterfront and sea wall. Good restaurants and coffee shops near by and a fabulous deli/grocery store. I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay for my needs/wants during my visit to Cape Town.Thanks Leandra and Ryan.

Kyle was a great host and I really enjoyed my stay. It was very quiet and peaceful so I would definitely recommend staying at his place again.

My fiancé and I had a great stay, the location was great and the views were beautiful. Adrian was very accomadating and responsive. The room itself was great just for the two of us and clean. They thought of everything to make it a very comfortable stay ❤️ Would definitely recommend and probably stay there again!

I had an amazing stay at my time in 3015. Marius was a welcoming host and we were met with the room in excellent condition. The room perfectly matched the pictures and exceeded my expectations. We felt safe, had a great view and were comfortable. Definitely will stay here again!

Bruce's AirBnb was perfect! Super clean and close to many shops and restaurants. We received lots of recommendations from Bruce which were very helpful. It was super cozy and we LOVED the balcony where you can enjoy the views with your coffee or tea. I would recommend this AirBnb to anybody visiting Cape Town!
