House vacation rentals in Greeley

We had a great time! The house was very cute and the perfect size for us. We also loved how close it was to downtown and how quiet it was (despite the proximity to the downtown area). Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place for our family gathering. Spacious enough for 10 adults. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool area and the peaceful atmosphere of the back yard area. Thank you Becky for your kindness and quick responses to my questions.

Very nice place ! I highly recommend very clean nice and quiet, You’re close to a park and a lake, golf and # of very good restaurants, 20 minutes to Fort Collins an 1hr to Denver,45 min to Cheyenne ,You can’t beat this location, couldn’t ask for a better host.

This was the second consecutive year we visited CSU Fort Collins for a football camp; we stayed in the same neighborhood literally a block away. This year I must say with James as our host it was a much more comfortable experience: 1. He allowed my family to check a few minutes earlier 2. His proactive instructions prevented us from driving around to search for the pools. 3. Response time was immediate we didn’t have to wait hours for a response to a simple question. 4. He allows pets so our entire family could enjoy our visit. We hope next year the property is available for next year’s visit.

One of the nicest, cleanest, well stocked Airbnb’s we have stayed at. Great communication from the hosts. Everything worked well. There were many thoughtful extras. All of our guest felt well provided for. Beds were very comfortable. Outside area is beautiful and relaxing. Plenty of space for everyone. Pool was clean and there were many pool accessories and plenty of towels. We look forward to returning on our next trip.

We had a great stay here. It was plenty of space for 9 adults. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It was a great location, being close to everything in Loveland and also within 1 hour of Rocky Mountain National Park. Molly was also responsive and checking in and out were very easy.

Great place, can walk right to the lake

Diana and Jean have an absolutely lovely home nestles in the woods by a creek. The parking is private and in the back. There are clear instructions everywhere on the property. You get a private fenced area for your dog and there is a potty bucket and scooper as well. The inside is beautifully decorated and comes with every extra amenity you can think of! Snacks, and fancy bathroom extras like shower steamers. You are on the top floor so it is very quiet and you get a perfect breeze to cool it off. It is also walking distance to several pizza places and coffee.

We were in town for a family wedding and needed a space that could fit 3 families. This place was so perfect! There was so much space to spread out that it didn’t feel like we had 10 people in one house. The backyard was a great space to sit and relax and the kids could play. This one is definitely on the “recommend and revisit” list for us!

The Pace was great. They had everything that we needed, including a pack and play and was really close to the family. We were in town to visit worked out awesome!

This was the perfect spot for our quick stay. The beds were so comfortable, amenities were as described, and my kids loved the full backyard. The pack and play option is always appreciated!

Wonderful place to stay for a family. The pictures do not do this place justice! The living room is very comfortable to lounge, spacious kitchen with essentials for making quick meals. Large yard with sitting areas. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be booking again if we come to Greeley to visit family again. The only thing I would add, is the staircase is in the middle of the kitchen and living area. We had to buy a temporary baby gate to block the staircase for our toddler. The owner does not have a gate available at the time of this review.

We’re already planning on renting again in 2 years when we have another family event close to this location. The suitcase stands were a great touch as was the water kettle so I could make my tea easily each night. Loved that! We felt very comfortable and safe. The couch was comfy to relax at night. We liked it being on the 2nd floor. Very easy to check in and loved not having to do a bunch of chores at check out, so it was easy to leave before checkout time.

This was a perfect size for our family vacation. We were in town for a graduation out of Loveland. We had two families staying here and it was the perfect size for us!! Even with room to spare!! The pictures do not do it justice for just how spacious this home. Highly recommend and would love to book again next time we are in town.

Wonderful stay at the Happy Place Hideaway, it had everything we could possibly need. Great location for easy and beautiful drive to Rocky Mountain National Park and Loveland is just the cutest town. Highly recommend!!

I enjoyed my stay here for 6 nights. Everything I needed. Peaceful & quiet. Bed was so comfortable! I enjoyed hearing the chickens occasionally. I needed to extend my stay at the last minute & hosts responded within minutes! They communicate so well & I appreciate that. I would definitely recommend staying here when near Loveland.

This is a very cozy place! Such a rare combination. A great big house and wild nature in the form of a river, mountains and trees. Lots of space, everything is convenient and comfortable. I could just sit all day by the river and look at the water, it's relaxing. We checked in quickly, without personal meetings with the owner. Everything is simple. Everything you might need is in the house. Take a fishing rod with you. Sleeping with the window open, to the sound of the river, is a dream. Hot herbal tea, on the balcony, overlooking the river. I just left there, but I already want to go back!

Wow! We were pleasantly surprised when we entered Amy’s home. It is more beautiful than the photos. Amy thought of everything that you need. We loved the extras like the record player, hot tub, and beautiful fenced in backyard with a fire pit. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a chance to have a fire. We used the hot tub 3 nights during our 5 night stay, and it was always pristine and clean. The home is in a quiet neighborhood on a corner. Check in was easy with a smart lock. She went above and beyond decorating the Airbnb making it very homey. Her communication was top notch, she sends proactive messages, and answered my messages quickly. The home was pristine and very inviting. We only used one bedroom, the bed was comfy, and she even had fans which I really appreciated and bathrobes for you to use. The shower was lovely. Our son lives in Loveland, we will be back for sure. I encourage all of you that are reading my review to book Amy’s place, you will not be disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Yariela & her husband were AWSOME host!!! Anytime we had any questions they were quick to answer. We would definitely stay here again.
