Penny has been an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish being approachable, friendly and helpful. Exactly what you’d want from a host. The property has every tiny thing you can think of. The little things you’d normally have to get yourself are all provided. It had been decorated for Easter and my birthday with an Easter egg and birthday cake waiting for us when we arrived. It’s all the little touches and extra care taken that make this a special place to stay. The accommodation was exactly as described and has everything you would need for a stay. Absolutely loved our stay in The Lodge. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Enjoyed the outdoor seating area too. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, the beds were very comfy and check-in was very easy. Adam responded to our questions quickly and gave very clear instructions. Thank you so much, we will be back again!

My friend and I took our children for a couple of nights away and had the most wonderful time. Paula’s caravan is beautiful. Spotlessly clean and really well equipped. Everything you need and more in the kitchen. Toys and games provided for kids too. Made for an easy, fun and relaxing holiday. Communication with Paula was quick and helpful. She was really understanding and incredibly kind. We didn’t use the on site facilities (pool/golf etc) so can’t comment on those. Recommend the steam train and the stunning beach. We love this area and was good to have a couple of days to explore it further. Highly recommend this caravan and we’d love to return. Thank you so much!

Last minute booking over the Easter weekend. Really glad we chose Amber lights. Very easy to find with good on-site parking. House was absolutely spotless and the host even left us a couple of Easter eggs! Lovely area. We walked down the beach to Dungeness and then took a steam train to Hythe and back to Romney Sands station which is a few hundred metres from the house. We also explored Folkestone, which surprised us with a great selection of shops and food down at the old Harbour station. Local Greek restaurant is great as is the Chippy. Sainsbury’s is a 10 minute drive away. This is a lovely comfortable property. It even has a log burner which makes it super cozy after a long day out in the British weather.
