A tranquil place of rest in the hills of Hoekwil

Lovely bachelor type accommodation. Has everything you need. Beautiful setting and a quick drive into the village. The caretaker was pleasant and helpful.

Brian was an awesome host, very friendly and quick to respond to any questions before arrival. Spacious, clean, everything you need when away from home. Most definitely worth it, will recomend this beautiful place.

We had an incredible time at Andrew's place! The accommodation is spacious, with a large balcony offering breathtaking views of the Wilderness forest, mountains, and ocean. During the day, we worked remotely, then explored Wilderness and its surroundings, returning in the evening to enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset. The co-host, Maria, was absolutely wonderful—warm, welcoming, and friendly. We were thrilled to extend our stay for an extra night and truly felt at home. It's our favourite holiday spot in Wilderness so far, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Martin and Iris are great hosts . It was very easy to communicate with them from first booking and throughout the trip, and couldn’t have been more accommodating during our stay.The apartment itself is beautiful with great sea and mountain views from the kitchen/living room and veranda We had a 4 months old baby and everything worked out perfectly.. The check-in //out process was excellent I would definitely recommend Martin's apartment to others.

Amazing stay with Cheryl and Paul. They were so friendly and inviting - they came out to greet us personally on arrival and went above and beyond with extra little touches of hospitality. We will definately be back for another visit when we are in the area. Only thing to note is the dirt road, although in great condition and very smooth (like a highway in our 4x4), may not be enjoyed as much by some people in small or low cars.

Wonderful place to stay for a visit to Plettenberg. The beach is within walking distance and the city center is a few minutes away by car. Just around the corner is a supermarket, two restaurants and a cafe. Nicki is super accessible and helped us quickly with problems. The apartment itself is a dream. The terrace is super nice and all other rooms are tastefully decorated. Kitchen is small but perfectly adequate. Our only suggestion for improvement would be a few more utensils here. But that's incidental... We'd come back in a heartbeat.

Super lovely stay here :) Paul is such a friendly host and check in was quick and easy. We stayed in Rhea cottage and it was spotlessly clean and absolutely beautiful, with views across the lagoon. We had everything we needed and the attention to detail and design is wonderful. Loved the location - easy 10 min walk to town and the beach. We loved it so much we booked back in for 1 more night in No 1 cottage a few days later, which was also super lovely. Thank you Paul for our great stay :)

It was a lovely stay at Aneryne's cottage. We loved the view from the terrace, the vibrant wildlife around us and really enjoyed all the amenities this little gem had to offer. Aneryne and her little darlings were wonderful hosts - super friendly, fun and very helpful with tips about the area. We will definitely come back if we are in the Knysna area again and would highly recommend a stay.

We had the most wonderful stay at Kecia’s place it is perfect for a couple looking for a quiet getaway. Our trip was unfortunately very short but we will definitely be back to enjoy the amenities and the lovely pool! Kecia is a kind and attentive host and the room has lovely touches and recommendations :)

The house of Wesley is beautiful with amazing views! We had a nice time there. Especially on the terrace while having a braai. Joyce cleaned up very often and everything was really comfortable.

Impressive location, incredible views, simply memorable the stay! Bettina welcomed us warmly, we immediately felt at home. The entire team was incredibly nice. Breakfast and dinner were very delicious. The atmosphere was always good. The rooms are very lovingly decorated and clean, large lounge area! Two cute shepherd dogs, totally sweet and trustworthy and totally playful! We'd come back in a heartbeat

Our stay with Sonet was fantastic, our 5 border collies were accommodated due to the fenced garden in front. This was one of our main criteria. Thank you. The space was modern, well equipped and functional. Was great that the property had solar power backup should lead shedding have come our way. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and air fryer, microwave oven. Close to the beach although during our time there the walk way was under repair due to flood damage (municipal responsibility). Loved our stay and especially the peace and quiet and closeness to beach. Felt right at home. Great hosts will return

Langsaan is a wonderful place amd Marina is the perfect host. Langsaan is a clean, spacious and functional house in a beautiful environment in the forest bordering a river, lagoon and the sea. We will be back. Staying much longer the next time.
