Monthly Rentals in Great Somerford

What a gem! My husband and I had the most relaxing stay at this cozy cottage. Upon entering, we knew we’d be taken care of when we laid eyes on our incredible welcome tray, including a jar of delicious ground coffee, a homemade Easter cake, eggs, milk, seltzer and a welcome card. The instructions binder was clear and full of great recommendations from the hosts. The cottage itself is comfortable and homely, with a wonderful bed and lovely bathtub. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals and make my morning coffee. It’s walkable to nearby supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. So many hidden trails and lovely sitting areas. It was our second time visiting Great Somerford, so we knew our way around in the village and the surroundings. Debbie’s place was great to enjoy the long weekend and she kindly accommodated our little baby woth a baby cot. The property has an amazing setting and great views, everything was extremely easy. Would highly recommend it!

We were so happy in Ann’s cottage. The bed in particular was very comfortable and the bedding of high quality. So important to sleep well! The cottage is full of character and beautifully warm. The kitchen is small but has everything you need for preparing a family meal. Having a washing machine was a real bonus on a long stay. I also appreciated the immaculate oven and hob. Ann was super responsive when there was a problem with the heating. And Linda was always ready to help in any way. Thank you both!

We stayed here for a couple of weeks whilst work was taking place on our home. Pat & Tony made us feel really comfortable straight away, the cottage was beautiful and comfortable and our dogs adored the space they had to run outside! It truly was a home away from home.
