We had a great time at this original place that delighted both adults and children. The negative points are noted in the listing: only one toilet/bathroom for the whole accommodation, but we made do. Be careful with the access to the bathtub which is a little complicated, inadequate for people with reduced mobility.

Apartment very well located and as described in the listing. Close to downtown and major tourist activities. Very nice view of the typical and historic district of Dole. Very clean and well-equipped accommodation. Very quiet place. Gisèle and Dominique were available and very welcoming. We are delighted to have also been able to Dominique's workshop with its beautiful creations! We recommend this place to stay for anyone looking to stay in the heart of this beautiful city!

Responsive host, very clean accommodation, the difference between the photos and the real is surprising because there are very nice volumes and beautiful perspectives in the accommodation. I would recommend it 100%.

Lucien is a very nice host. The house is clean and spacious. However, the accommodation would benefit from being complemented by dishes and electrical appliances such as extra plates, a toaster, bowls or dishes... We'll be back for sure!

The hosts and the place were perfect. We only made a quick stop for a competition, but this place was ideal for an evening break. Without hesitation we will come back if we have to come back to the area.

We had an idyllic stay in Cohons. The accommodation is nice, nicely decorated and has many assets: large terrace with barbecue, deckchair, hanging chair, functional kitchen with lots of utensils, large bedroom and of course the jacuzzi to relax throughout the stay. There are many things to discover around with the remarkable gardens, walks in the forest, visit Langres... I recommend this place to all lovers of nature, calm and those looking for a real moment of relaxation.

We (2 families) went on vacation together. The place was very spacious, bright, inviting and we were especially pleased with the wide range of toys. It is close to bus line 4, which takes you directly to the old town.

The house is beautiful and extremely child-friendly. It has a great, fenced garden, a nice sitting area and a great grill. In summer, when the pool can be used, it must be even more fantastic. The whole house is stylishly furnished and very spacious. The open-plan kitchen is ideal for family vacations. Great excursion destinations, such as Dole, Dijon or Beaune are not too far away, even if you would prefer to spend time at home at this great 😀 place Communication with Amandine is very straightforward. She always responds extremely quickly and helps with questions greatly. We highly recommend the place!

Spacious and perfect for 8. Each couple had their own room. The 2 bathrooms are welcome. Host responsive when we needed anything! And friendly too.

Small, very well-appointed, convenient and quiet accommodation. Small point to know for those who want tranquility +++: the stairwell is not soundproofed (old house) so if the guests of the second rented apartment are not on the same schedule as you or are noisy, you will hear them on the stairs. Otherwise everything is very good.
