Wonderful place to stay. Very clean and comfortable.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s house. Very comfortable accommodations. Everything we needed was there to enjoy our time at the house. Close to everything fun in Bentonville. Her restaurant recommendations were great. So glad we chose this spot.

Beautiful home close to town yet felt secluded in the country. (other than times when events were going on next door, which were not a problem at all.) Great pool area with lots of pool toys, fire pit, seating, hot tub and shade. Comfortable beds and a nice big kitchen, as well as two living rooms too. Pool is down a hill and some stairs, so might be hard for mobility impaired. Lots of wildlife on property, we saw deer, beaver, lizards and a large variety of birds. Host was very responsive. Great home, nice pool, perfect location.

We were very happy with our stay. The home was very nice and there were plenty of options nearby to get out and enjoy ourselves.

Beautiful place. Comfortable for two couples. The deck was a relaxing place to view the lake. Kitchen had everything anyone could need. Bike information was helpful. Due to rain we couldn't check out the hiking trail nearby.

Great home for a family or group. Large main floor bedroom with en suite. All other bedrooms are upstairs. Inside the home was very clean and well appointed with lovely decor combining modern elements with fixtures and features true to the history of the home. A unique property. The drive to the home is lovely and we enjoyed evening walks as well as rocking on the front porch. Justin was quick to communicate, and when we made him aware that the coffee pot was broken, he had a new one delivered within an hour.

We enjoyed the heated pool! It made our family trip so enjoyable.

We met my son here for a weekend “restart and refresh.” It was perfect for that! Peaceful, comfortable, and the surroundings were beautiful. I had a question for Steve when we got there and he answered right away. We’d definitely stay here again!

This was a wonderful place to stay in Bentonville. The neighborhood is brand new and the house is perfect. It smelled like wonderful cleanliness when we walked in. This was also one of the easiest airbnb door handles I've ever used. They advertised as pet friendly and it was just that. Lots of pet supplies, bags, treats, brush, paw washer, etc. I also like that the house was not too busy with decor and furniture. I have big dogs so this was perfect in that there was nothing for them to knock over and break. :) The hosts were extremely responsive and definitely have your best interest. My husband and I will definitely be bringing the pups here again.

This was our second time staying here and we felt right at home. The house had everything we needed for our weekend visit. Will definitely book here every time we visit.

The house was bigger than we needed (for a couple) but so glad we stayed there. Totally remodeled & everything was squeaky clean. Master bedroom & bathroom are very nice, including furnishings throughout the house. Great patio, grill & hot tub - which unfortunately we couldn't use due to lots of rain. The kitchen is well stocked but we were out for all our meals & only used the coffee maker. If you are in need of an airbnb in this area, I would definitely recommend this property. We were visiting our son who was only 5 minutes away.

This place is beautiful. All needed amenities were there. Great location to everything in Bentonville and Rogers. The only issue we had we felt like the kitchen window and sliding door needed some coverage as you can see right in the house. It is a very large window, but still beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay! The house was so nice. The pictures and the descriptions are very accurate. The snacks and waters that were left for us were appreciated after long trip. We would definitely book with Carlos again!

The house had lots of privacy, only house on the short cul-de-sac street with nice turn around at the end of the street. All clean except the OVEN. Took my wife 3 hours to clean it! Josh was very responsive to other problems: he had the water pressure in the kitchen sink fixed when there was only a trickle. We would rent again (recommend that Josh remind the cleaning crew to CHECK THE OVEN for cleanliness)

This home was absolutely gorgeous and the perfect size for our family of 5. They’ve thought of every detail to ensure the stay was comfortable. The location was great and the home is immaculate. The host was very helpful and proactive in communication so I was never left guessing. Plus, he gave great recommendations on restaurants. I highly recommend, we will book on our next trip!

The host was very easy to deal with. We booked a day before. Always reponsive! We needed a later check out time, and it wasn’t a problem with the host!

I've been going to Bella Vista for decades and this was easily the best, nicest house I have stayed in. It is a huge, house with very large rooms/bedrooms with 9 separate beds. It was perfect for 8 of us on a golf weekend. Nikki was and excellent host who had everything covered. We will be back!

We loved Andrew's place! It is conveniently located to all amenities you would need, yet located in a very peaceful setting. We had the best sleep while staying here, the beds are so comfy and the neighborhood is very quiet, exactly what we were looking for! Andrew's place has been updated very nicely and is well maintained. We look forward to staying with Andrew again if available when we are in the area
