It was just perfect! The view is breathtaking, the amenities were incredibly good and everything was super clean. Everything is neat and perfectly prepared. You can feel the love of the host in every detail. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to come back! Thank you for everything.

We had a lovely stay in Oliveta Laria. I can't say enough good things about Marzia. She communicated well from the time of reservation through check-out and beyond. The house is beautiful, magnificent view and very private. Believe what she says about the driveway!! It is very steep and windy. Smaller cars much better. We had a large van and it was intimidating. The path through the woods to the town was nice. We would definitely rent from Marzia again!!

Beautiful historic home, with modern amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were all very comfortable. The house was in a great location for our family if of eight to explore the lake region. There are lovely local restaurants, though a car is necessary. We were thrilled to see St. Vitalis of Gaza at the local church, St. Maurizio! Valerio is a wonderful host. W enjoyed our stay immensely.

Wow! One of the best places we have experienced. Angela and her family were extremely warm and greeted us like family - an extraordinary welcome. They were at the property when we arrived in case we had any trouble finding the villa and to show us around the beautiful grounds. Angela welcomed us with a homemade tart, a lengthy list of wonderful food, drinks and even olive oil… plus a sweet hand-written note - details that mean a lot to a family of weary travelers! The villa itself is charming: very clean, very tastefully decorated, uncluttered. The grounds are extensive and well kept The views of the lake, surrounding hills and distant Alps are breathtaking. We spent quite a bit of time enjoying the villa. The nearby village of Arona has great shopping, restaurants and views. Visitors are mainly locals, so the experience was very authentic. Would definitely return!

We had an amazing longer weekend stay with a few friends at Andrea's place and I can only wholeheartedly recommend it!!! It has a really nice location with possibilities to explore numerous things around (by car). The kitchen was very well equipped and we were amazed at the number of available amenities. View from the balcony was simply breathtaking!!!

The location of this villa was absolutely incredible! Waking up each morning to a quiet coffee on the terrace overlooking Lake Como felt like something out of a dream. The view was breathtaking and set the perfect tone for each day. With the town just a short walk away, we were able to explore local shops, restaurants, and the lakeside promenade with ease. The walk added just the right amount of exercise to feel refreshed without being tiring. We couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful, beautiful, and convenient place to stay—truly unforgettable.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The house has stunning views over Locarno, Ascona and the lake. Wonderful for a few days off.

Fantastic location to enjoy the como beaches and activities and restaurants and town of Colico Villa itself is fantastic to relax with great outdoor seating and pool area (which was lovely to cool off from the sun but still a nice ~20/22 degrees)

We were there with 3 families including 4 children and it was a wonderful stay. The villa still exceeds the expectations you have through the photos. There are countless touches designed with a lot of taste and knowledge. The age and size of the villa mean that individual items are always broken, which did not disturb us. The Park is huge. In the edge areas of the park and at dusk you need a good mosquito spray. There are many small deciduous frogs in the meadow. Karim was a really warm and helpful host. He knows the history of the house in every detail and is a very entertaining and fun conversationalist.

Sonia and Simone were wonderful hosts! They served an amazing breakfast for us and made us feel right at home. We would recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Lake Como!

We spent 4 nights in Valerio's home. The house is very large , we were 2 families, so the two independent accommodations were very convenient. The house is close to the center of Cernobbio 10 minutes walk. Charming village . It's easy to take the boat to visit the towns around the lake. The view from the house is nice. Small downside for parking: we had a 9-seater vehicle and it was very difficult to get into the driveway (narrow gate width) and turn around. Another thing to review: many broken furniture: the sofa bed in the living room has one foot less and was held with a stack of books, also broken bed slats and chairs too. Outdoor furniture would have been nice because you had to take the table out of the inside to put it outside. As well as a few outdoor chairs to enjoy the park and the shade would be more. We recommend this property for a stay in Como

The house looks good like on a picture. When we checked in , it was not cleaned up after previous guests, bus Susanne was responsive and organize quickly a cleaning lady and refund us cleaning fee . I’m satisfy with a stay. The only minus that you can’t park right in front of the house, might be uncomfortable if you carrying heavy things. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Very special house! Original. Lots of art in the house. Stunning views. All the facilities available Clean. Quiet village. Pool was lovely given the high temperatures! Surroundings are beautiful. Lots of beautiful walks made. Bicycles rented at 3 minutes' walking distance. Very nice people. Speak Italian and a little french. Great bike ride for mountain bikes made from the house. Electric support necessary. Very friendly reception. Technical defect was resolved very adequately and quickly.

The house and garden are an amazing place to stay. The views over the lake and the expansive and gorgeous garden and pool area are good to relax and chill and enjoy the Italian weather. The house is well maintained and I also really liked the kitchen and how well it was equipped. We had a good time cooking and BBQing. There are lots om fun games in the house as well (pingpong, fussbal, etc) Andrea was a fantastic, kind and flexible host who communicated really well during the entire process. I would love to go back to this house!

We were very happy with the place. The pool is a good way to cool off. The place is functionally furnished and has everything you need. There are also delicious restaurants nearby and you can get to Milan relatively quickly by car or bus and train. Overall, the accommodation is well suited and recommended for a couple or a small family.

We cycled the Milano San Remo Amatori, so this was the perfect base for our adventure as it was only 3km from the started. The house was very clean and had all the utilities which you needed, the host is super friendly and very responsive.

We stayed there for 3 nights, the location is perfect for relaxation and recreation. The house was sparkling clean and superbly equipped. The owner always responded quickly and very kindly to the messages. Bed linens, dishes, towels all clean and comfortable. Villa Giorgio was a little paradise, thank you!

Beautiful villa with casual pool and cozy covered seating area. The villa is divided into two separate levels, so it also offers retreats. Everything was clean and nicely decorated, but it is relatively noisy. The view of the lake and the surroundings was awesome.

...it is no coincidence that this location deserves the best from every point of view...!!...a really beautiful historic villa...where you can stay in absolute tranquility...pampered by Simion in every detail...!!...excellent value for money...very close to the lakes...it is really the ideal place to stay for a wonderful holiday...BRAVII...!!! Carlo and the 12 cyclists from Cuneo...! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!

The accommodation was super nice, old substance and renovation charmingly combined, impeccably clean and everything you need for a holiday with the family. We particularly liked the mosquito screens on all windows, so that permanent ventilation was possible. The garden is huge and perfect for children, teenagers and adults to relax, the private pool is great to get a refreshment in the morning, or to enjoy the well-deserved cooling after a long day of exploring. Since no one else was there except us, we had this chill-out area really totally to ourselves, a real gem!! The recreation room with table tennis, darts and table football and some toys for younger kids is also great, even if there is bad weather, there is no time for boredom. The only really negative point is the volume of the street, which we were not aware of before. Those who are sensitive should consider this. The mopeds feel like they're driving through the bed... But otherwise - a paradise!!
