We were in Gerra as an extended family with adult children and had rented both apartments. The accommodation is ideal for this, as you share the terrace with the neighboring apartment. The view from the terrace is simply superb. This is the special thing about the apartment. The place Gerra is still wonderfully cozy, relaxed and you immediately feel at home. The apartments are cozily furnished, everything necessary is available and everything was very clean upon arrival. The only downside to the house is that it is hard of hearing. However, this will be pointed out before booking and you can be prepared for it. It didn't bother us...

The place is amazing with some spectacular views. Kitchen is well equipped and the rooms are comfy. All the necessities are provided plus the parking space is very good and right by the house. Would specifically like to mention the hosts, Emanuela and Aurelio are probably the best hosts I came across! They were super helpful thru out my stay, recommended me the best restaurants and made reservations for me and my family as well. We found a cute welcome basket in the kitchen as well, which had everything we needed for the breakfast. This gesture by the host really made us feel like we’re at home. Would defo come again! 10/10! 😊

The Villa was located in a nice neighbourhood. Lots of room for 10 people and the Villa had everything we needed during our stay. Perfect for kids. Close to the train station and the lake Como. We also went for a hike in the mountains. Sara and her parents were friendly, we got welcomed with a tiramisu which was excellent! It was easy to be incontact with Sara, fast replies.

We spent 5 nights at Denise's with our 3 children. Everything went very well except for the weather (bad luck). The place is as pictured and if you like carefully decorated retro places you won't have much choice around the lake. The garden is also charming but we couldn't enjoy it in the rain. The location is perfect because you can do a lot of things on foot. There is parking nearby and the neighborhood is very quiet. Denise was full of small touches and shared all the good places for our three-star stay!

This apartment is the perfect base for exploring the northern part of Lake Como. The apartment has all the comforts, ideal for a family of 4 with a large terrace and garden where you can't get tired of the view. This apartment is also suitable for young children because you are the lower apartment (so no stress from neighbors below). There is a shop and restaurant within walking distance, for the rest you will be in Domaso (by car or on foot for the sporty ones). You can park the car in the garage, which is convenient! Renata was extremely friendly and always responded quickly to messages. What did we do? We rented mountine bikes, went swimming and paddle boarding in/on the lake, went by boat/car on a trip to Bellano and Bellagio, we climbed multiple altitude trails in the Adventurepark and walked in the mountains and past the waterfalls. In short: we highly recommend this apartment and the region!

Sophie is a great and very warm host who lovingly takes care of the well-being of her guests. She welcomed us warmly and provided us with many good tips. Even when the weather didn't quite cooperate, she spontaneously brought us games for us and also the children. Your accommodation is very clean and cozy, we lacked nothing. Very pleasant stay! Serge was flexible both on arrival time, we were delayed due to traffic jams, as well as with the return time, had to leave earlier than planned. Everything was explained to us, everything was clean and Serge is very friendly and accommodating as well as easily accessible. Again and again :D

Our stay at Villa Nila was simply amazing. Nicola welcomed us warmly upon arrival and offered helpful recommendations for places to eat and things to do. He was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The property itself is so well-designed and functional, not to mention the breathtakingly beautiful views of the lake and garden from the private terrace and from inside the property. There is a full kitchen with an espresso machine, stove, fridge/freezer, etc. We enjoyed the complimentary espresso and beverages that Nicola provided. And the rain showers in both bathrooms are a nice touch! The location of the property was perfect for our group (5 adults) — everything was just a short walk away. It was easy to take the ferry to other towns on the lake from Torno, and we especially enjoyed our daily (sometimes twice daily) coffee from Bar Italia near the ferry stop. I would highly recommend this property and am excited to return the next time we are in the Lake Como area.
