Yurt on the Applegate

Relax along the banks of the Applegate River. Enjoy a soak in the outdoor wooden hot tub or a swim in the river. Fall asleep in the comfy queen bed and enjoy the quiet of the country. We are about 15 minutes from downtown Grant's Pass and close to the Applegate vineyards. The cabin is very eco friendly, with an incineration toilet, on demand hot water, tucked into the woods. pets are welcome but please don't sneak them in. I need to be aware they are here and clean up after their stay.

Built in 2023 with comfort, quite, privacy, a great room/ gathering place, private parking and a kitchen to cook meals in with great sunlight. The house is a stand alone house that sits behind the main house on the same property. The location is minutes from: freeway, the famous Rogue River, Redwood Hwy & the Applegate Valley. 5 minutes from groceries, coffee houses, places to eat or shop. Includes super fast internet speeds 450+mbs to stream your favorite shows or get some work done.

Cozy Detached Guest Quarters

Guest room is detached from main house and has half bath with shower. Wet bar has microwave, small fridge and place settings for two. Short drive to hiking/mt bike trails in Cathedral Hills; close to Applegate vineyards and to downtown restaurants! We are an active family who enjoy our yard and open our home to meet new friends. If you are looking for complete perfection and no interaction we might not be your place! Otherwise we can’t wait to meet you! We are pet friendly with a $10 fee.

This cozy, rustic one bedroom cottage (325 sq. ft.) is just a 15 min. walk from downtown Jacksonville (3/4 mile) and 30 min. from Ashland. It has private parking, on the property. The owner is happy w/ pets in the cottage, but needs to know in advance that a pet is coming (maximum 35lbs) too. There isn't a full kitchen but it has a kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, hot plate and coffee maker, so cooking basics won't be a problem. Relax in the outside patio in the summer.
