Monthly Rentals in Grand View

I rented this home to host family that was in town visiting for a retirement . I was 100% satisfied with this home and our experience. I actually wish I would’ve extended our stay a day or two! I think I even (mostly jokingly) said at one point that I would like to live here. They really have thought of everything. It’s a great place on its own, but all the little details and labels and extras really took our stay up a notch. It was easy to just open the door, settle in and enjoy our time together. We had multiple generations in our group and there was space and entertainment for everyone. Having my morning coffee in the hot tub wasn’t too bad either ! Janine was friendly, easy to talk to and very quick in her responses. The home was clean and stocked and didn’t leave you wondering where your cleaning fee went, as I think we’ve all seen another Airbnb’s. Our family also agreed this was a great place and we would rent it again in the future.

It was the perfect home away from home. Staying here was more economical than a 3-night stay at a local motel! The location was just a short walk to half a dozen restaurants. The liquor store was right around the corner, along with a hardware store that had everything you might need. Albertsons grocery (Starbucks) was a bit farther to walk, but the city was clean, looked new, and we found that the people were friendly. We would definitely stay here again and encourage our family to stay here as well.

Peaceful spot. Kitchen was excellent and couch very comfortable for relaxing after a long day.
