Great place to stay, great host. 10/10 would recommend.

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

Perfect place to stay whilst away on work. Debbie was very flexible with my check in and even though I was late in arriving was there to give me a warm welcome. The bed is extremely comfortable and the bathroom was very clean! Thank you Debbie

Absolutely Fabulous! Anne could not have been a more accommodating and welcoming host. Her house is an eclectic mix of antiques, design and homely comfort. Everything you need to relax is here, and anything you may need you just have to ask. I came as a guest and left with a friend.

We stayed in Angelicas house short period while our house was being renovated. It was welcoming and in an excellent location which allowed us to explore East Oxford.

Eamon and Joy were great hots, always responsive and always willing to help, patient with Airbnb payment issues and very amenable to direct discussions to resolve any matters. Would highly recommend.

Our hosts were really responsive and flexible with our need to arrive late. A fabulously clean and well presented house with a large comfortable room for us We slept well as the bed and furnishings were all very comfortable and showed thought in the availability of wifi and TV. Our breakfast comprised of a delicious range of fruits, yogurt, cereals and fresh juice with very good fresh coffee! Our host was very friendly and made us feel extremely welcome. Quiet location but fairly near to Oxford town centre! Highly recommended!

Great place to stay! Good location and the flat has all that you need.

I had a great stay at Mel’s, the location was perfect for shopping/eating out etc. the flat was ideal for what I wanted. The only issue was that it smelt quite Smokey, which then was on all of my clothes & hair. I’m not sure if this was coming from a flat below. A real shame as the flat is perfect apart from the smell

Great experience staying at Umu’s place! Very clean, good communication with the host. She even left some food and spices, which is highly appreciated. Neighbours and the neighbourhood is very quiet. Recommend!

This is a good location in the Town centre. Good road connections and walking distance of station. 2 mins walk from high street for shopping and essentials.

Lovely accommodation and very friendly host. Easy walk down hill into town where there is everything you might need; The Rex (fantastic cinema), great pubs and restaurants, plus a Waitrose for stuff you forgot!

Cute Annexe in the countryside. very quiet, warm and cosy, and the array of lamps really accentuated this. nice large dining lounge space and comfortable bed. lovely little extras with the local apple juice , butter, bread and milk etc with a nespresso coffee machine. towels are very fluffy and large too. davina was very helpful and her washing up fairy did a magical job.

The room was very comfortable and host very friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent Stay, Delicious continental breakfast, Adjusted to our late arrival/ checkin request very quickly. Both were great and your suggestions for parking in Cambridge was really worth for us and saved lot of time.
