Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

Linda was very accommodating and clear with instructions for the stay. I appreciate Linda for allowing me to keep my bags post checkout. The location of the house is inconvenient as there are frequent buses to the city centre.

We had a fantastic stay at Fiona's property over the Easter weekend and we have to say we could fault nothing. The space was airy, light and relaxing. The beds were so fresh and comfy. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equiped and thoughtfully stocked. We all agreed that not being bombarded with a huge book of house rules and instructions on arrival was so refreshing. Having a leisurely check out time of 11am was really appreciated too. We all adored the house and the stunning garden and would love to return in the future Fiona ... if you'll have us that is 😀

We stayed in Angelicas house short period while our house was being renovated. It was welcoming and in an excellent location which allowed us to explore East Oxford.

This was a real treat of a stay - we used to live here! Our first home together, over 35 years ago … obviously some changes to the home since then. I loved the relaxed comfortable vibe, and all the interesting items throughout. My husband was recalling times when he lived here with family, it was a real memory lane surprise for him. Julia was a very easy host to book with, leaving us a lovely card, flowers and treats for our anniversary stay. We didn’t venture far as only live a 20 minute walk away but can recommend the property for easy access to lots of local places to explore. Thank you Julia for making this such a lovely stay - highly recommended .

Eamon and Joy were great hots, always responsive and always willing to help, patient with Airbnb payment issues and very amenable to direct discussions to resolve any matters. Would highly recommend.

Alex has a great place for anyone who needs an affordable place to stay short term for work commitments. I work HS2 when stayed and he made sure he was accessible first day and kept himself to himself for my privacy when he was there. He made sure bedroom and facilities were clean when I arrived and I would not have been able to find cheaper accommodation last minute for what I needed. Anyone working HS2 or something similar and wants short term or even somewhere until can secure with their company. I recommend highly if you need a bed to sleep ready for work at a very affordable price. I would stay again in the future if needed and Alex had the room available.

I’d give it 6 stars if I could. Francesca has a lovely spot, very well located, clean and spacious. She was a very welcoming host and left thoughtful gifts - all in all I had a fantastic stay here. I’d highly recommend this option and hope to return one day :)

Great experience staying at Umu’s place! Very clean, good communication with the host. She even left some food and spices, which is highly appreciated. Neighbours and the neighbourhood is very quiet. Recommend!

This is a good location in the Town centre. Good road connections and walking distance of station. 2 mins walk from high street for shopping and essentials.

The studio delivered on all accounts. It was well appointed with quality furniture and bed which helped us relax and have a good nights sleep. A tasty breakfast was provided which included free range eggs from Yvonne’s chickens. It’s in a quiet location with easy access to the surrounding areas. We would highly recommend. Yvonne was the perfect host.

We had the loveliest stay at Castle Folly in Warwick, made even more special by our amazing hosts! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every little detail had been thoughtfully planned. Julie went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—a delicious cake for a birthday celebration, leaving a bottle of prosecco, and even our initials in wood on the windowsill! The breakfast was just as thoughtful—fresh bread, two perfectly placed eggs, and many sweet little treats. Every part of the stay was sprinkled with kindness, from the handwritten notes to the charming knights. We just couldn’t have asked for a better or more generous host. The warmth and hospitality made this one of the most memorable Airbnb experiences we've ever had. If you're looking for a truly magical and unique getaway, this is the place to be!

Cute Annexe in the countryside. very quiet, warm and cosy, and the array of lamps really accentuated this. nice large dining lounge space and comfortable bed. lovely little extras with the local apple juice , butter, bread and milk etc with a nespresso coffee machine. towels are very fluffy and large too. davina was very helpful and her washing up fairy did a magical job.

I had a very pleasant stay, David's place is bright and airy but cosy at the same time. Great breakfast and lovely hosts.

We had a lovely stay in Avril’s place. Avril was a wonderful host - communicative, friendly and flexible with check in and out times. We appreciated touches like nespresso pods, tea and The White Company products in the bathrooms. This was a great location to stay in if you want to be close to Tring or the Pendley Manor Hotel. We were staying for a wedding being held at the hotel and were less than a 5 minute drive from both. Avril helpfully recommended a taxi service which we used multiple times. Highly recommend!

Excellent Stay, Delicious continental breakfast, Adjusted to our late arrival/ checkin request very quickly. Both were great and your suggestions for parking in Cambridge was really worth for us and saved lot of time.
