It's a nice, comfortable, clean, and cozy place. Very well lit and ventilated. I found the area very quiet, pleasant and safe. The hosts are very respectful and not invasive. Sharon in particular was always available to solve all my questions, he supported me with suggestions whenever I needed it and helped me to facilitate my stay as far as possible. I hope to be back very soon and would definitely book with her again. She is a very warm and kind woman. 100% recommended!!!

The bed was comfortable, the neighborhood quiet and safe, and the decor had a cozy touch that made me feel at home. You can move around the city. There are not enough characters here to describe how wonderful our experience was, the place was extremely spacious, luxurious and crisp clean. It's really great value. The views are incredible, it looks even more impressive in real than in the photos. The location is secluded, if you like to walk, towns are at ~20 minute walking distance or you can order a mototaxi for $2-$3 or so. Jannett was such a gracious host, we had a few tiny issues at start and she solved it so graciously, that we almost felt uncomfortable with her generous solution! The caretaker was wonderful too, as an added bonus we got to take care of their dog who lives on the premises, we miss our dog at home so this was great. There are 3 amazing trails nearby, they are not really marked well, but it's fairly easy to find them. You can easily spend 5-6 days here and do all the trails, visit the villages and unwind and relax. This is a true hidden gem and I would come back here without a doubt!!! Thank you!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful oasis! The space is incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and unwind. The beds were so comfortable—we all slept like a dream! One of our favorite spots was the gorgeous hammock, perfect for lounging and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. Our host was so accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. A special shoutout to Karin, the housekeeper, who did such a fantastic job keeping everything spotless and welcoming. If you’re looking for a relaxing, comfortable getaway, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

Very good stay for our group of 5 friends! The house was spotless and the 3 rooms very comfortable. It had everything needed and the interior patio was a plus for chatting and relaxing with music (the TV had internet). Gretchell is a great hostess. Very good communication, super friendly and check-in was easy because I was expecting us. We had a theme with the pool (it was closed), but he fixed it immediately by getting us passes for another one. Very efficient! Also, he got us taxi to the airport in Managua ($60). There are several minimarkets nearby, which is practical. Totally recommended. Comfortable place and Gretchell is very attentive. Only eye if they go with small children - there is a terrace on the second floor without protection. Otherwise, perfect! We would come back.

Casa Blanca is the most beautiful home I’ve ever stayed in! Located right in front of the Cathedral and Central Park and steps away from the best restaurants in Granada. The property manager Brenda was incredibly helpful and always available for anything we needed. The home is GORGEOUS and had all the best amenities (and more!) we will definitely always be staying here when we visit Granada. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This property was easily one of the best and coolest places I have ever stayed. The pictures do not do it justice. We rented the entire property for a group of 11 guys. Christopher was able to accomodate finding a few extra single beds for us which was extremely nice so we didn't have to share. The property itself is stunning, massive, and makes you feel like a king. Everything was clean including the pool. The cleaners/cooks came by each morning for the breakfast, cleaned up rooms, and then left us to our privacy. It was a perfect mix of Airbnb privacy with some hotel services. It was about a 10 minute walk into the center of town and there were also some other restaurants even closer. They also have a stocked fridge with drinks that you pay on the honor system which was a nice addition. Overall, we could not have been happier with everything and we would all highly recommend this property to any group. There is no doubt I would book it again myself if we were to return.

Hey there! Just wanted to share that we had an incredible stay at Kodu apartments a couple of weeks back. The receptionist was super responsive and the house cleaners were exceptional. The place was spotless, and whenever we needed anything, it was taken care of right away. We stayed there for 8 days, and I really appreciated the security presence at the entrance. Compared to our previous stay elsewhere, Kodu Airbnb exceeded all my expectations. Our group of 5 had plenty of space with one bedroom having 2 beds and the other with one bed. The AC worked amazingly well, especially with the hot weather in Managua. Definitely planning on going back! I'd rate it a solid 10 out of 10.

We had a wonderful stay with Kodu! This is my third stay here in Nicaragua and they having been excellent. The team was professional, efficient, very responsive and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them. The location is perfect, with a variety of activities and options very close to the apartments . We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We recommend (Kodu) and their property highly enough, their service is excellent.
