Your Cozy Coorie (coorie meaning 'cuddle' in Scots) awaits, a private haven in the corner of our smallholding. Watch for red squirrels, deer, and birds of prey from your doorstep. If you're lucky, you might even glimpse a rare Scottish Wildcat

In the heart of wild, romantic Perthshire, surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery, Garden Cottage is the perfect escape. Relax looking out over the loch, wander the fields spotting the wildlife or take off on foot or bike for a boost of healthy fresh air and a memorable Highland experience. A Highland cottage built in the 1720's, newly refurbished in the spirit of Scottish country living. Tradition, authenticity and fireside comfort complement contemporary furnishings and light airy spaces.

Laggan Glamping Posh Pods

We have 4 self catering family garden pods available that each sleep 5 people, with a double and 3 bunk beds in a separate bedroom. Built to the highest standards with full central heating, hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and a Tassimo Coffee machine. Entertainment is provided by a 32" smart tv with all Freesat channels, and free superfast wi-fi. Ensuite shower room with power shower. All bedding and soft, fluffy towels are included in the price. Indoor 20 seater BBQ pod for guests use.

The Star Hut at Rannoch Station

Unique, single-room glass-fronted hut in a silver birch/rowan wood on a small hill, full of character with a spectacular view 25 miles to the East. Rannoch Moor is a place of peace and tranquillity, there is no noise (after the 9.05pm train) and no light pollution. Weather permitting, you can watch the stars and sunrise while lying in bed, see deer walking in the wood, experience being cosy in the midst of dramatic weather or listen to the dawn chorus. The Courtyard, Foulis Castle, Highland Scotland

Foulis Castle, Evanton is near the ancient burgh of Dingwall. Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat, 9-5pm). You’ll love my place because of privacy of having your own country retreat within beautifully landscaped gardens. My place is small with one bedroom that contains either x2 singles or zip&link super-king size bed. The 3rd guest is on a roll-away mattress ideal for a child.

A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

Dall Bothy on the edge of the Cairngorms

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars in Dall Bothy. Situated approx 8 miles north of Blair Atholl with veiws to the Cairngorms, Dall Bothy provides a unique off grid, back to nature get away with a few luxuries thrown in. A bespoke cabin standing on the banks of the river Garry sleeps upto 4. Relax in our wood fired whisky barrel hot tub. A wood burning stove keeps things cosy on chilly nights & a well equipped kitchenette with 2 ring stove. Private wc.

'Ericht' Enjoy Hot Tub Views Cabins at the Roost

"Ericht" was completed in April 2022. We are taking bookings now for May 2022 onwards. This is our 2nd cabin and 'Isla' is generally booked months in advance. Ericht offers a cosy, quirky and luxurious retreat. Nochty Studio |Strathdon |Cairngorms National Park

A place to get away, relax and enjoy the natural surroundings! Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.
