Cozy little apartment in a very nice and safe area. We are walking distance from the central canals and around the corner you'll find restaurants, shops and more livelyness. Our street is a green and calm street with a friendly atmosphere. Everything you need is 2 m,in walking. Please note that the studio is on the 4th floor, this is our topfloor and thus you will enjoy the light and airy side of it. We dont have an elevator so you need to be fit to walk stairs. We were so lucky to be able to stay in such a beautiful place! The beds were comfy, the surroundings were peaceful and beautiful... it was a lovely escape from the busy, city-center. We LOVED the use of the kitchen and the deck just off the kitchen. Hein was so good to have bikes available for us. There is little available directly near the home but a 10 minute bike ride along the lovely road and over the bridge gets you to all you could want. We were sad to leave our Amsterdam home and will hope Hein's home is available when we return.

We (me, my wife and our five months old baby) stayed in the apartment for two months, and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was ideal for a longer stay with a phenomenal location, amazing garden, and a very helpful and welcoming host family. They lend us things for the baby, responded quickly to all our requests, helped when we had visiting family and made us feel at home from the beginning. We can highly recommend renting this apartment, especially if you want to stay in Delft for a longer period.

We had a very nice stay with our dog. Lots of space for the 3 of us, good shops and restaurants a short drive away. Secure garden for the dog and great walking options in the forest and near the lake. Close to the sea. I would highly recommend and I am panning future trips.

Heel erg bedankt voor de fijne vakantie! Het was een fijn huisje, goeie jacuzzi, en hele attente hosts. Er waren badjassen, handdoeken, thee, wijn, chocolaatjes, kruiden etc allemaal aanwezig. Gregor reageerde meteen toen we een vraag hadden over de jacuzzi en stelde zelfs voor om langs te komen om het voor ons te regelen. Heel aardig!! Brandschoon huisje met fijne bedden. Vanaf het huisje loop je zo het bos in, heerlijk met de hond.

We had a great Stay in Florentijn's place in Amsterdam. The location is perfect as it is in a very nice part of Amsterdam (De Pijp) with many Restaurants and Shops, but still secluded and quiet during the nights. As it is connected via Metro in only three stations to the Central Station you can be in the city center in only 15 min but also other highlights in Amsterdam are ease to reach. The flat is small but has everything you need. We traveled as family with two kids (9 & 6y old) and everything worked out great. Florentijn answered all our questions super quickly and also helped us with questions to parking and public transportation. As we traveled on the Easter weekend, accommodation prices were high everywhere and the city was even fuller with tourists than normal. If you can avoid these peak times even better, but we still managed everything we wanted to do and had a wonderful family weekend.

Super nice hosts who provided precise information about check-in months before the trip. We felt very welcome, and our "fur babies" were also explicitly welcomed. The house is small, but wonderfully equipped and completely sufficient for 2 adults and 2 dogs. The house is in the centre of Bergen, very pleasant. We would love to return!

Maarten's lovely home exceeded expectations for my short weekend getway in Amsterdam! Maarten was very proactive in reaching out in before I arrived to make sure I could check into his home smoothly and also recommended some local restaurants I could grab a bite at since I was arriving late in the evening. His suggestions did not disappoint! The home itself was gorgeous and very tastefully decorated - large windows, high ceilings, comfortable couch, stunning kitchen and dining area along with a cute outdoor space - all while feeling cozy and homey at the same time. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen area was perfect for work - Maarten even surprised me with a bottle of wine! All in all, I would've loved to stay longer at this lovely AirBnb and will definitely stay again. Location was perfect too - what a treat!
