A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge. In the garage are 2 bicycles which you can use for free. Touristtax €2,15 per person per night is not included

Our cozy guesthouse offers the best of 2 worlds. You are in a lovely quiet place in the middle of nature with a view of meadows and forest. If you're lucky you'll be face to face with a cow from the house. But you are also only 15 minutes away from the lively capital Amsterdam. The guesthouse is very private at the back of our site at a good distance from our typical Dutch farmhouse. We live here with our 2 kids and our 2 dogs (who walk around freely). Peace & quiet, relaxation, plenty to do!

The house has two floors, downstairs the living room with a modern kitchen with terrace and an upstairs with the bedroom with a freestanding bath. The spectacular view of the water immidiatly transforms the mind after a visit in Amsterdam. From this quiet area it is only 10 minutes by public transport to the Central Station in Amsterdam.

Middenin de weilanden, fantastisch uitzicht en veel dieren om je heen zoals koeien, schapen (lammetjes) en allerlei soorten vogels. Met name onze nationale vogel “de Grutto” is hier volop aanwezig. Fijn terras dat uitkijkt over de weilanden. Woonkamer met airco, een keuken met vaatwasser, waterkoker, koffiezetapparaat, combimagnetron, koelkast en broodrooster. Er is een (kleine)badkamer met toilet, wastafel en douche. Er is geen separaat toilet.

Welcome! Your house is separate from our house and has its own entrance, bathroom and kitchen. You can stay with four adults (and an extra baby). Free parking right next to the house. Enjoy the nature reserve and the mills while walking in the immediate vicinity. Bus stop for public transport to Amsterdam is 50 meters away, 30 minutes to the center of Amsterdam! The price includes bed linen, kitchen linen, bath towels and taxes.

Vanaf het pad loopt u zo de weg over en de duinen in, waar honden heerlijk mogen loslopen. Vrijheid en rust, met natuurgebied Het Zwanenwater, Callantsoog, het strand en de zee op een paar kilometer afstand.
