Large, fully equipped dream house with 8 rooms in a safe and quiet villa area near Munich. The main train station, Oktoberfest, and downtown Munich are 15 minutes away. The garden is very large and fully equipped with a barbecue, lounge furniture, and a hot tub. Sauna. An inflatable bouncy castle for children can be booked on request. Supermarket, bakery, S-Bahn (suburban train), playgrounds, and the city park are all within a 5-minute walk. Lake Starnberg is 15 minutes away – sauna and hot tub available for a nominal fee (electricity costs).
