New and modern cottage with large wooden terrace located in a quiet area near Gilleleje town, only 900 m from the beach. The house has a size of 100 m2 and has 4 beautiful bedrooms with 4 double beds, respectively, with space for a total of 8 people. (Possibly 10 people in the case of families with smaller children). There is also a travel bed with extra mattress, for the very small children. There are 8 duvets and 8 pillows, 1 baby duvet and pillow, but you must bring your own bed linen, towels and dishcloths. The house has 2 nice bathrooms with shower, closet space and hair dryer. The house's gathering point is the approx. 35 m2 spacious kitchen/living room with a beautiful functional kitchen with kitchen island and dining area as well as cozy sofa area with large comfortable sofa and TV (the TV is with Chromecast, i.e. there is no TV subscription or the like for the house). Here there is a guarantee for relaxation, coziness and good company. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, powered by an economical geothermal heating system. The house's fantastic floor plan makes the home an obvious gathering point for 2 families who want a wonderful vacation together. Outdoors, you will find a large, lovely wooden terrace, which runs all the way around the house (approx. 120 m2). The terrace is partially covered with garden furniture and patio heaters, inviting you to enjoy good times throughout the holiday. Here you will also find an outdoor shower ready to cool you off in the summer heat or rinse off after a fresh dip at the beach. For the childish souls, there is also a trampoline, a swing and a small playhouse in the garden. From the house, it is only 3 km to Gilleleje town, which offers a rich commercial life with many exciting shops, cozy cafes, a cinema and good restaurants.

Everywhere there are monuments of historical events. Every year there are various festivals in Gilleleje - "Hill" Festival, Harbour Festival, Jazz at the port and The Herring Day. The house is not rented to youth groups, where everyone is aged 15-25 years. You can walk to the beach, nature and shops within a maximum of 1.5 km and there is the possibility of long walks. Esrum monastery, Søborg lake, Gilleleje, Helsinge, Gribskov etc. are within a maximum of 12 km. There are many activities in Gribskov municipality for all ages and interests

The house offers three lovely double rooms, one of which is located on a cozy loft. The spacious living room has a wood-burning stove, a long table and a large, cozy sofa where you can relax. Outside is an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, barbecue and dining area for 10 people, as well as a large lounge sofa. The garden has a spa with sauna, wildland bath, cold water tub and an outdoor shower. The cottage is only 700 meters from a large sandy beach. It is 2.5 km to Hornbæk city center and 600 meters to the train station.

The house is ideally located between the coastal towns of Hornbæk and Gilleleje, which offer cozy restaurants, cafes, food market, shops, ice cream stalls, mini golf, fish shops at the harbor and much more.

Dejligt, praktisk og lyst rækkehus i roligt kvarter, tæt på skov i hyggelige Espergærde. Huset har alt hvad I har brug for, det er nemt at bruge og har egen parkeringsplads. Hop på toget direkte til København, tag på Espergærde Strand, besøg Louisiana eller Kronborg i Helsingør: mulighederne er mange. Glem ikke et besøg i Espergærde Havn: smuk udsigt og hyggelige restauranter. Vær opmærksom på at der i huset bor en dejlig kat, Pus, på 10 år. Hun går selv ind og ud af kattelemmen.

Here you can take a good afternoon nap and sip coffee in the shade🌳🌞 The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet cottage neighborhood. The garden is a natural plot with old trees. The river runs along the garden. Follow it for a pleasant walk of about 900 m. - then you will be on Rågeleje's beautiful beach.
