Enjoy our Nakoma home located in the Lost Sierra's

DaveRating, 5 stars22 months ago
An absolutely fantastic place, great layout, very cozy, private, incredible location. I liked that just about every bedroom has it's own full bathroom, a rare and hard to find commodity when searching for a place to stay on vacation. Another big plus is the amenities of the Nakoma Resort were included, WOW!!! Lets not forget about the views off the back deck of the green on the 6th hole of The Dragon GC. I especially liked the binder showing the lakes around the area, I caught some Largemouth bass at Lake Davis. Looking forward to doing this again next year. I would like to thank Gary for letting us share his beautiful home and being an excellent host P.S. my brothers and I agree with you about Whitehawk GC

Nighthawk Cabin Luxury Nakoma Golf Couples

StaceyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
What a PERFECT landing pad for 10 of us visiting the resort for a family wedding. The house is perfectly set up where you don’t feel crowded despite so many people in one home. The area is gorgeous and we arrived right at full bloom of the local wildflowers surrounding the home. 3.5 bathrooms was perfectly suffice; water for showers were always hot (again, despite the many people using the amenities). Beds were super comfortable as was the giant living room couch that many of us took naps on. Loved hanging on the back porch enjoying the peaceful surroundings in the sun. Host was exceptionally responsive and kind. Would recommend this home to anyone and would absolutely return. 5 stars - no question!

Relaxing family cabin in the heart of Lost Sierra

JulieRating, 5 stars4 months ago
Best AirBnB rental we've ever had. Everything about the house and yard (fenced in backyard for the dog!) is accurately described in the listing. Clean, comfortable, well-appointed and beautiful home. We had a group of 5 adults (two couples and one single) and one large dog. Plenty of space to spread out in the house - for working, studying, napping, playing games, dining, cooking, watching a movie, and just generally hanging out. (Note that all of the bedrooms are upstairs, along with the two full baths, but the downstairs half bath and laundry room is very convenient.) Modern home, and yet warm and almost rustic feeling. We hope to return in spring or summer, and again in winter.

Cozy Cabin at Neighbors RV Village

BrentRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
A great place surrounded by beautiful mountains and valley. The check in was easy and had no trouble finding the place. Despite the place not having heating, the cold mornings felt nice as it got hot during my days at work in the area. The location of this place was because it is next to where I work in the forest and is right off the hwy. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and look forward to booking this place again.

Woodsy Mountain Cabin In Best Location In Graeagle

YeseniaRating, 5 stars5 months ago
This stay exceeded our expectations. Spent our Christmas here and left before our pop Christmas tree arrived in the mail. Thankfully, there was a Christmas tree along with other Christmas decorations already up, all throughout the house and outside. It made our holiday special. Also, the only kitchen we’ve seen fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils to make homemade meals. Thank you Brad for the attention to detail. There was absolutely nothing we needed during our stay. We’ll definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful 3-Bedroom Cabin in LaPorte Near Lake

RajshreeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a wonderful stay! The cabin had everything we needed – from a BBQ grill to a propane center table, and all the comforts of home. Melinda went above and beyond in every way. Just a note for EV drivers: the nearest charger is about 65 miles away, and due to the climb, the car uses more battery than expected. You’ll also need extra charge for the return trip and any local driving, so bringing a home charger is highly recommended. Thanks again for a great stay!

3BR Charming Cabin with Deck and Yard Games & View

JohnRating, 5 stars8 months ago
We had an amazing weekend in the woods! The space and location was amazing. There was a great selection of CD’s to go with the awesome stereo setup! We felt like kids again and got to expose our kids to what it was like to be a kid in the 80’s! The kitchen was great to cook all our meals in and the BBQ worked just fine! We have friends in the area and we will definitely utilize the place again for our next visit to them!

Hiker's Retreat Cabin

SamanthaRating, 5 stars3 months ago
What an absolutely charming place!! Tucked up into the mountain between Belden & Quincy, this place is BEAUTIFUL & feels so secluded and peaceful, but is only 15 minutes from the adorable town of Quincy. Feather River is gorgeous and I pulled over 100 times to soak in the view/many waterfalls. For how remote this place is, the cabin was CLEAN! We have stayed in lots of small little remote cabins over the years and they always have spiders you just can’t seem to avoid up in the mountains. But this place was clearly very well taken care of and did not have any insect friends wandering inside that we saw. The toilet in our original cabin that we booked had an issue, but they were super quick to help us and move us over to another cabin. I was very impressed with their quick response and how friendly they were! The lower half of the site has an incredible “beach” area, this time of year it was a perfect spot to sit and read and watch the rapids! I definitely hope to visit again soon!

My soon to be girlfriend and I had the opportunity of staying at Constellation Creek (Arrow Cabin) and were absolutely amazed by the level of hospitality we received. (shoutout to Indiana at check-in, she was amazing). The cabin was very cute and quaint. We especially enjoyed the outdoor seating arrangement that featured very aesthetically pleasing string lighting. Overall 11/10. Host is very responsive as well. Will definitely return.

Lucky

KristenRating, 5 stars3 months ago
This was my second time to this wonderful place. The historic lodge and cabins are absolutely perfect, especially the small cabins that still have their knotty pine interiors and historic windows intact. They're beyond charming - when I think "historic cabin in the woods" that is exactly what I envision. I haven't been in summer yet so I haven't had a chance to take advantage of the beach and the games and such. They have camp chairs, pool noodles, corn hole, disc golf, horseshoes, etc. for folks to use. Pretty cool. Each cabin has a grill and a propane fire pit, which is great. Doug takes good care of the place and is a nice guy. I also liked hearing the trains passing by. I'll be back!
