L' appartamento si sviluppa su 70mq ed è situato in una bella palazzina del centro. Gode della vicinanza del più grande polmone verde del centro-città (parco Tommasini). Ci si può spostare comodamente a piedi per visitare il centro. Benvenuti! La "Casa carina" è al secondo piano di un palazzo d'epoca nella zona di piazza Goldoni a 8 minuti da piazza Unità e a 10 min dalla Stazione. Appena ristrutturato, è composto da entrata, camera da letto, soggiorno con divano letto, cucina abitabile accessoriata, bagno e terrazza. È vietato organizzare eventi. Viene fornita la biancheria e l'essenziale per un primo ristoro. Sotto casa si trovano: ristoranti, mercato generale coperto, fermate bus, caffè, negozi tipici, supermercati.

Our house is situated in the middle of the meadow at the beginning of the small village Modrejce, just a few steps away from the lake. The apartment, which is separated from our flat, is on the left side of the house and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation! We are a family of 5 - everyone with different interests, but all connected to our beautiful nature. Therefore, we can help you find something you enjoy - at our house or in Soča Valley!

The Terrace

This studio apartment for two is situated above Mošćenicka Draga. The best thing about studio is magnificent view on the Kvarner gulf which you will never forget. You have 4 km of road from the Adriatic sea and from the one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia...Sipar in Mošćenička Draga and 1km from Mošćenice. There is a way through the wood by foot and you are on the beach in 15 min . Car recomended. Except the view you can enjoy peaceful area without many poeple and see real Croatia.

Graziosa abitazione con ingresso indipendente collocata nel centro di Gonars. L’immobile è disposto su due piani e offre camera matrimoniale, camera singola, spazioso soggiorno con comodo divano letto e stanza dedicata ad una culla ivi presente, per una disponibilità totale di 5 posti letto (culla esclusa). L’appartamento si compone altresì da cucina abitabile, bagno, lavanderia, ampio giardino, e due aree coperte dedicate al posteggio di due moto, bici o autovettura di modeste dimensioni.

You'll be staying in a newly renovated apartment on the third floor of a residential building (with elevator) facing via Bafile, Jesolo Lido's main street, between Piazza Brescia and Piazza Mazzini. The beach is literally a 1 minute-walk from the apartment. The apartment can accomodate up to 6 guests and includes a private parking space for 1 car, your own umbrella with beach beds on the beach right in front of the apartment, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioned and washing machine.

Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded.
