Vacation rentals with beach access in Grado

Alenka was super-friendly, helpful and understanding. We can really recommend staying at this apartment house if you want to live as close to the sea as possible in Izola. Mornings and evenings were really calm, throughout the day it got quite crowded. Bars are nearby to relax and get food, music was okay for us. Downstairs lives another family member, very friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you!

The apartment was super close to the old town and you had everything you need. Very clean and there is also a parking space in front of the door. If you are looking for a beautiful beach, you have to drive a bit but otherwise everything is great.

Luca was a very kind and responsive host. We found the apartment very well prepared, it is in a good condition and has everything you need for cooking etc. The apartment has two bedrooms and a kitchen with a big table for spending your evenings. This matches the description, just be aware that there is no separate room with sofas etc if you travel with more people and look for additional space. We were four and fine with that. We stayed in winter and the area was very quiet as it is mainly a summer holiday destination. The offer of open restaurants, shops etc in the area is much lower during off season. You can get everything you need in the town centre though, and get there by car or bus. Parking at the house was easy and safe in the yard with a closed gate.

We felt very comfortable. The location is super-almost directly on the sea. With air conditioning and a fly screen on the lower floor, it was good to bear - end of September. Good starting point to explore Grado or also to make further excursions to Trieste, but also Croatia. Only the non-functioning TV could have been a problem if the weather had been bad. Then it's better not to specify a TV. Otherwise, we'd love to come back.

We had a very nice vacation in Federico's apartment. The apartment is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The great pool area, the location right on the beach and the great view from the balcony are also positive things to mention. We were 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 9 years) and had more than enough space in the apartment. Federico and Laura are super nice and helpful hosts. The communication before and during the stay was great. Federico had provided us with all accurate and relevant information in advance. Even our late arrival was no problem and Federico had also reserved a parking space for us. All in all a 5 star service :-). It was certainly not our last stay in Federico's apartment. Vanja’s place is such a gem! Situated on a quiet street with a gorgeous view of Rovinj by the shimmering sea. Yet walkable which we enjoyed. The apartment is modern inside with all the comforts we need. The free parking really allowed us to enjoy. Vanja’s always responsive and easy to communicate whenever we need help. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Rovinj gem!

This is a spacious apartment with beautiful balcony view. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed for cooking. It’s just 5 mins walk to the beach and 7mins drive to the center of Rovinj. Lara is friendly and responsive host. I’d definitely return!

Fantastic experience!! Beautiful, clean location, 5 minutes from the sea. Large well-kept garden, my dog had a great time. The owner Patrizia is really very sociable and kind, always ready to give useful directions and always available. Communication throughout the excellent vacation. Highly recommended!!

This was the most magical place we have ever stayed! We loved being able to swim and paddle board right off the front deck, and the home is centrally located so you can walk to all of the best restaurants (although the space is so pretty you might just want to stay home and cook every night). The kitchen is well stocked and the spaces are cozy and thoughtfully appointed! I will say that the ceiling in the upstairs master bedroom is really low. I’m 5’4” and I hit my head multiple times, and my tall husband definitely struggled getting around. There are also a lot of stairs so this isn’t somewhere to stay if you are daunted by 4 flights of stairs multiple times per day. We didn’t mind either of these things because the house is so special and it just kind of comes with the territory, but it’s something to keep in mind. Overall a wonderful stay. Thanks Andreas!

We had a lovely stay. Ondina is very accommodating. The sea can be reached in less than 5 minutes. We highly recommend it!

It was a fantastic stay in a sweet house with large garden, garden furniture, pool. In the house, everything is lovingly decorated and well thought out. Sea, shops, restaurants are minutes away. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. Alberto is always easily available and very helpful. Check-in was totally straightforward and possible earlier. Highly recommended

The apartment was very nice and 5 minutes' walk from the beach. Everything was exactly as described, no surprises awaited us. Communication with Christina was always perfect. We also particularly liked the lockable garage parking space. We highly recommend the apartment!

We loved the place! We immediately felt comfortable because the apartment is beautifully bright and open. The view of Umag and the bay is beautiful and the highlight. Everything was great ;) we felt very comfortable: whether beach, padel, tennis or a drink at the bar in the evening - the accommodation was just great for our family vacation for six.

The apartment was very clean and in superb location: a few mins walk to the beach and walking distance to the city centre. The premises are green and peaceful with a nice pool, in front of the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay a lot, appreciating outstanding contact with the host, who is a very nice and helpful person. Will definetely return.

It was in every way the most beautiful vacation I have ever spent with my family. The apartment was comfortable, very clean and met all needs, in addition to a wonderful view. You feel different and wonderful at the wonderful market in the city center of Karauli. Very friendly, had bought us water bottles and new wipes as it was very hot. Helpful and quick to reach.

The apartment is clean, spacious (especially the terrace) and well equipped. The location is excellent (right on the promenade, but the children's room is on the quiet backside; not even a 5-minute walk to the beach). Parking is also available in the courtyard. Valeria and her husband are very friendly and helpful! For this overall package, the price we paid (in the off-season) was absolutely fine. Only two small things that could be improved with little effort: The doors (especially those to the children's room) can sometimes only be opened and closed quite loudly and should perhaps be oiled. In addition, mosquito nets could be attached to the windows and doors. Everything else is great, thank you!

The location, the place, the amenities, communication - EVERYTHING was perfect. Clean, comfortable, and Dani is the best host! Highly recommend.
