Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Gradignan

We greatly enjoyed the three days we stayed with Sylvie. It is brand new, it is spacious, it has all the comforts and there is a huge garden. A few hops were growing in the garden wall. You just feel right at home. It is close to Saint Emilion. Communication with the hostess is fast and adequate. All the more reason to come back here again!

We booked a week from Friday, August 9 to Thursday, August 15, and we were not disappointed! The accommodation offered was very good, clean, equipped, quiet, no worries on our side. It is located 10/15 minutes from Bordeaux center, next to parks in the city of Talence. The big plus is also the pool right next to the accommodation, which is accessible until 10pm, in summer it's a big advantage! Olivier is responsive when we call him if we have a problem. He takes care to call before the trip but also during, in case a need arises. He offered me several times to give me information about Bordeaux and its surroundings if I needed it. In short, we had a good week's vacation. Feel free to book this place, it will satisfy you as much as we do!

Great place in the heart of Bordeaux City old town. Only negative is that there was no dryer as listed, but the drying rack worked well.

Modern accommodation, very well stocked and very clean. Owner very kind and responsive to any request. I would highly recommend.

the house was pretty good and enough for two people. the surrounding area was safe, quite, very close to nice supermarket, and lots of well designed restaurants. if we will plan to visit bordeaux again, salwa’s place will be the first option for us!

The apartment is super well located right next to the train station, very clean, there is nothing to say, ☺️it matches the photos and Sylvain is very responsive 🙂

Christine is a very welcoming, friendly and attentive host. She was very responsive during our exchanges, available, and flexible for check-in time. The accommodation is very large, well-equipped, peaceful and quiet, the residence is pleasant, the parking is secure and closed. Everything is within walking distance in 15 minutes max. I'll keep the address in mind to come back!!!

Even though I just stayed for one night … and with no knowledge of French … my staying at Christal’s place was just perfect: amazing host and really cozy room. Highly recommended!!

It is actually a hostel with lots of availabilities. The rooms was clean and nice. There was even kitchenwares if needed. The area is beautiful and very close to Bordeaux center. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I did this reservation very late night and sudden but i was glad that there were available places.

Had a great week at Dominique and Claude's place. They are adorable, very caring. The room is very comfortable, and the rest of the apartment is very nice. I can only highly recommend it. I'll be back there for sure.

I am glad I booked to stay here during my Volunteering assignment with Paris 2024 Olympics. This was my first visit to France . The tram station next door to this location was a big factor to make this a great experience.

Very nice apartment, very clean and in a good location, I would recommend it.

Sophie was attentive to our needs and gave us clear and precise instructions to find the apartment and the different premises. The listing warns that work is underway in front of the building and the apartment was well insulated so it didn't bother us. The apartment is a student accommodation that contained the necessities to stay there properly. It is located near the docks, which makes it easy to access the city center by bike or car. The only downside was the dust under the sofa that came out when we unfolded it. Otherwise the apartment was clean with towels and sheets available.

The house surpassed our expectations and was very well located close to all amenities in St Emillion , but, was also very private . The games room was a bonus ! The house was spotlessly clean and Very well equipped with everything we needed. The communal areas gave us plenty of space to be together and socialise. Great outside dining area which we used a lot as we had great weather. We were in St Emillion for a family wedding and would love to return to this very special place. Amy was helpful in answering queries before our trip and the lovely caretaker was very welcoming . Would thoroughly recommend this spectacular house for a family holiday .

Delphine was a fantastic host! Being a large group, it’s always hard to find a suitable place but this was perfect. Watersports on our door step, and beautiful sunsets every night. As a host, Delphine was great… always answered my messages and helped when we had a huge storm that stopped the electrics for some hours! Thanks for a memorable stay!

We were hosted very well by Marie-Laurence and her husband, who made themselves available for our late arrival. We spent spent 3 nights in this accommodation, where we slept very well and enjoyed all the amenities available (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, etc.). Very good communication. We'll be happy to go back!

We (family of five, early August) were very comfortable in the house from start.  Everything was as described. A very large and very nicely maintained garden with an enclosed porch and a heated pool. The kitchen was very well equipped including fully automatic coffee maker. Xavier was always available and was able to help us quickly by phone with problems. The house is perfect for a family .

Guilhem was very responsive and helped with a last second booking. the house is big and comfortable. nice outdoor space

We stayed 7 people in Yann’s apartment. Yann greeted us at the train station and escorted us to his flat which made it completely stress and worry free for us to arrive. It is difficult to describe the apartment…….. perfect doesn’t do it :) Everything is extremely well organised and designed and we immediately fell in love with the place. It is out of the centre but it takes only few minutes with the tram and there are a few nice restaurants in walking distance. We where looking forward to dining out but we ended up cooking at home because the place felt so cozy . Stay here, you want regret it ;)
