Listing true to descriptions. Located in a secure building. Very nice. The decoration is simple and clean. The accommodation is clean. Ideal for couple. Quiet neighborhood. A parking space in a garage. A supermarket 3 min walk away. I would recommend this place without hesitation and put it in my favorites if I have to come back to stay in Talence whether for a professional or personal stay.

Great stay at Laura's. You can park easily and it is very quiet. The tram is nearby to go to Bordeaux. Laura is a very pleasant and accommodating host for check-in and check-out.

The apartment is simply stunning,as shown in the photos, and very spacious. Ingrid met us at check-in, providing us with details on the apartment, neighborhood and other recommendations throughout Bordeaux. We were able to leave the doors open to catch the cool breezes for several nights and closed the doors when the noise from the street became bothersome. The earplugs made the noisy nights peaceful. The location is easily walkable to all the sights to see in Bordeaux and is surrounded by any type of store or restaurant that you could want. We loved Bordeaux and would highly recommend this apartment!

Our stay went well, the accommodation was clean, bright and well-equipped. The only downside is the limited internet connection with difficulties watching programs with the box.

Very convenient and clear self check-in even in the dark. Parking spaces were not available but the street is well provided with spaces. The apartment was really nice and planned to welcome you without having to bring consumables. It's very comfortable. I just regretted the neighborhood and a noisy fridge for the first night. It should work with Kies balls. The second night was quieter so I didn't hear the fridge:) I recommend it!

Gracious hostess. Apartment was spacious, well-lit and beautifully decorated. Bourg is peaceful but we found plenty to do. I enjoyed the municipal pool on hot days. Truly a home away from home.

Warm welcome from Johanna. We visited the beautiful estate and then we discovered our accommodation. This one was exactly as described, warm and welcoming and with everything you need. If you want a quiet and relaxing place, don't hesitate, it's with Johanna and Adrien that you'll find happiness. We'll be back, that's for sure.

We had a great time in this cocooning suite perfectly designed for a relaxing time for two. As soon as we arrived, we were seduced by the warm atmosphere of the place: the soft lighting, the neat decoration immediately give a feeling of well-being. The private hot tub is clearly one of the great assets of the accommodation: spacious, clean, easy to use, and above all ideal after a day of walking or driving. It's really a rare plus at this price and it completely transforms the experience. The calm of the place, despite the proximity to Bordeaux. It's nice to be able to rest without noise while staying a few minutes from the city. The space is intelligently optimized despite the relatively compact surface. Host was welcoming, available, and responsive. In short: a small cocoon ideal for a romantic getaway, a relaxing weekend, or a well-deserved break. The value for money is very good considering the services

Aurelien’s pad is well designed for such a cozy place. It has almost everything you need for a short stopover and the nearby parking deck is an added bonus. Aurelien was quick to respond and helpful. I suggest you arrive during daylight hours to familiarize yourself with the layout. You will quickly wish you had rented a bike for easy mode of transportation. It’s lovely to see a city with a proper bike lane and citizens that pay attention to other means of transport aside from the automobile.
