Family-friendly vacation rentals in Gradignan

Townhouse ideally located in the heart of Bordeaux, as described, in absolute calm. All amenities are within a 5-minute walk. We were 5 couples of friends and enjoyed the spaces and amenities available.

Very nice loft, spacious, modern and ideally located close to downtown. We were greeted with a lot of flexibility, both for check-in and checkout time, which was very much appreciated. A real advantage: the large garage, ideal for easy parking. When we arrived, special touches were waiting for us: candies, chocolates… a nice surprise! We had a great time with family, enjoying a comfortable setting and quality services. Special mention for the foosball table, pinball machine and spa, which delighted each of us! A big THANK YOU to Olivier and his wife for their hospitality and availability. We would definitely recommend this listing!

Everything was great. It was perfect. Very responsive host. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful place in a nice quiet area. Valerie was always responsive. Highly recommended unless maybe you have trouble with mobility. There is a thin spiral staircase which is charming but if you struggle climbing steps could be an issue for you.

Such a lovely place, we really enjoyed our stay. Not a huge amount to do in the immediate area (we did not have a car with us) but the house itself is gorgeous and a lovely place to chill out. The place would benefit from a couple of small essentials to make things easier for guests (eg. Towels, kettle, dishwasher detergent, olive oil and salt and pepper etc.) but otherwise was an amazing place with plenty at our disposal. It’s a great house for kids: open plan, travel cot and bedding provided, very cute kids’ bedroom and Anne was kind enough to let our daughter use the toys at the house too.

Great time spent with the kids in Bordeaux and in this atypical and comfortable accommodation: quality bedding, cleanliness of the premises… The boat was located close to transport and the city center 👍

Anais is always responsive to my questions and requests. She and Bastane are very friendly with their kids and pets. We feel like staying at home during our short stay at their castle. Anais satisfies our requests without hesitation, and the castle is very spacious. They are renovating the castle, and I believe the rent will even be better after the renovation is complete.

wonderful old chateau in a beautiful area. Big space for a family. it was a little stuffy when we checked in but leaving windows open sorted it. Host was friendly and responsive. we had a lovely time.

Absolutely the best Airbnb experience I've ever had — this is how Airbnb should be. Nathaniel has truly raised the bar. From the personalized check-in, to every detail in the space being thoughtfully curated, down to the plush robes, snacks, and even a binder of local recommendations. It genuinely felt like a 5-star hotel with the warmth of a home. The amenities were impeccable. Everything you could possibly need and then some. Nathaniel was also incredibly responsive and kind — the type of host who actually cares and it shows in every interaction. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Perfect stay in Valerie's apartment. Self check-in very convenient. Heating put before our arrival very nice. Thanks! The foldaway bed is a real plus. Quiet space. Valerie is responsive and gives all instructions in a very clear way. It's perfect even for a longer stay than 3 days. Very well equipped and good bedding. Street space to park or 1 parking lot inside the garden .

Wow what an amazing and unique place to stay at. Unfortunately it rained during our stay so we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful pool like we hoped to but that didn’t stop us from enjoying the airbnb and wine tasting in the surrounding areas. The host was extremely responsive, helped us book a private chef, and gave us a ton of recommendations. I would 100% recommend this Airbnb to anyone who wants to stay in a unique historical place.

The photos sell this place short - the house is spacious and lovely, and the surroundings are incredible. Very private and secluded and peaceful. Philippe was super responsive and easy to deal with and Kiwi was a delight!

It is the second time I have stayed here and again it did not disappoint. We loved the property, and its location. As always, the hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly - we cannot flaw it!

We had a great week at Claire and Nicolas's place. Communication was fluid and the hosts are very friendly. We will particularly remember the quiet, wooded setting, the outdoor facilities to have fun in the summer (swimming pool, basketball basket, ping pong table...). The house is pretty well insulated and keeps the cool enough when it's very hot. We recommend it!
