Monthly Rentals in Gradara

Franco and Miriam's accommodation is surrounded by a beautiful garden and this is worth the trip, very convenient location very close to the highway exit. We traveled with children and a dog so we fully enjoyed the outdoor space. The apartment has a kitchen with everything you need, a comfortable double bedroom, a bedroom with a bed and finally a space in front of the kitchen with a sofa bed. Let's say it would be idyllic for three people but if you want 5 can sleep there considering that you spend a lot of time away from home. Finally, the cleanliness is the best. Franco and Miriam are very nice and kind people.

Davide's house is magical, set inside the castle walls of the fabulous Castle Gradara. The house is amazing with everything we needed for our stay as a family of 4 and Monica was very welcoming and helpful. I can't recommend staying here enough. thank you Davide.

Our stay with Fabrizio was just perfect! The apartment was very clean, cozy and exactly as described. Fabrizio was super friendly, attentive and always available if we had any questions. The place was clean and is located in a quiet area of Gradara The accommodation is functionally furnished and there is a possibility to cook for yourself. Communication with Lorenzo was excellent. He is an exemplary and dedicated host. He was very quick to respond to questions. You can park right in front of the house. The old town of Gradara is approx. 5 minutes by foot. There is a number of good restaurants and cafes here. Gradara is also very suitable for further activities in the surrounding area. There were two of us in the apartment and we can fully recommend the accommodation.
