Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Grad Zadar

Nikolina was very friendly, helpful and share with a lot of recommendations. The apartament was very clean, exactly like on the photos even better! Our stay was fantastic!

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

BEST LOCATION. The apartment is at the entrance of the bridge that leads you to the old Town, the only thing to visit in Zara. The apartment has lots of space and light. Tamara has at your disposal more than you would ever need. The closets had old drawers difficult to open but you have more than enough room to store all you need. We went every night to enjoy the sea organ's music. The ambiente of the old city is very magical. We would like to come back to Zara and we'll surely return to Tamara's place!

We loved our stay at house Maria. It was in a nice neighborhood walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. Having 3 comfortable bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was wonderful for our group of 3 couples. The sunset over the water from the upper deck was beautiful and the side terrace was nicely shaded in the afternoon. We mostly spent time in Zadar and also went to Plitvice, and Sukošan was the perfect location for easy access to both. Maria and Branka were very accessible and we enjoyed the delicious homemade Limoncello they provided! Yum!! Thank you both for a wonderful stay!

Very modern, well kept apparament. Great location, with a private parking! Huge plus! We loved staying there and we highly recommend!

The flat was really clean and spacious. We quite enjoyed the balcony, when we could considering the weather we had… The sea side is 2 minutes by walk, and the city center easily reachable as well. Josip was a great host, welcomed us on arrival and always answered when I asked for tips. Definitely recommended !

krásny apartmán, všetko nové, čisté. nechýbalo plné vybavenie v kuchyni a fantastický gril na plyn. otočiš kohútik a a okamžite griluješ čerstve rybky z tržnice. Predzahrádka je super pre detičky a na večerné opaľovanie. všetky okná majú vonkajšie rolety a v izbách je klimatizacia. v pešej vzdialenosti je kaviareň aj veľký supermarket Plodine. od centra je vzdialený 10 min cesty autom (4 km). parkovisko v prístave (zóna 1 = 0.8 €/hod).

Wir hatten einen sehr schön Urlaub. Ana und Ihre Mutter haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön zum verweilen. Die 20m zum Meer stimmen. (nicht nachgemessen müsste aber hinkommen) . Preis Leistung ist super. Einen schönen Strandabschnitt für Kinder gibt es auch! Ana kann euch da bestimmt ein Tipp geben.😉

A group of 5 friends and I found Margita's home for our end-of-exams holiday and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! Leading up to and during our stay Margita was proactive, providing recommendations, excursions, and an eagerness to assist with any issues we might have. The villa was stunning, cosy and with a lovely interior and the three double-bedrooms we stayed in were comfortable and very pretty. The pool and grounds were also GREAT, large, spacious, and very peaceful. The pictures do not do Margita's house justice as we thought it looked better in real life! As for Sukosan, it was a beautiful and quaint little town a short walk from the villa, with lovely restaurants and a very wholesome atmosphere. Zadar is also only a ~12 euro uber away, which split between 6 friends was great value! Croatia is a beautiful country worth visiting, and I can firmly say Margita's villa will provide you with a brilliant home and area to stay in. Thank you Margita ❤️

We werden hartelijk ontvangen bij robert en zijn vrouw, en persoonlijk rondgeleid. De kamer was perfect in orde, en we werden verwelkomd met een drankje en hapjes. Dit appartement is een ideale uitvalbasis om Zadar te bezoeken of ligt dichtij de luchthaven. Een aanrader! De parking voor de deur is handig. Daarna ben je snel in het centrum met een Uber.

Diese Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und glücklich unseren Urlaub da verbringen zu dürfen. :-) Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und haben uns super nett empfangen. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Alles lief unkompliziert und reibungslos ab. Vielen Dank dafür. :-)

Ana was super friendly and went above and beyond as a great host. I felt very much looked after, super accommodating, the place was perfect and a great start to my holiday. Would definitely recommend, better than staying at a hotel. Would definitely come again next time I’m in Zadar. Thanks Ana for your hospitality. X

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

Thank you so so much for everything.The place is fantastic such a great spot for family. The hosts arw fantastic people, really friendly and easy to talk to. We have felt like at home.They provided us with everything went above and beyond our expectations. Even when their mixer was broken they immediately replaced it with new one.Thank you so much for the bed crib and all baby tools as well. It was extremely helpful when you travel with kids. Their place is in the town center, I would say, so you have everything, literally, in front of your house. There is bakery, restaurants, children's playground and the beach is 10 min walking or 4-5 min on the bike.We even got a pumpkin and liqueurs to taste from their own produce. Thank you so much for everything it is truly beautiful experience to stay in your amazing place. Kids loved everything :) automatic watering of the garden was great bonus for them on the top of the greatly equipped playgroundand.Adults also.Shades, aircon, beds all great

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. Man hat über das Grundstück des Gastgebers einen direkten Strandzugang. Bäcker und Restaurants sind in Gehweite. Größere Supermärkte sind außerdem mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Zadar selber ist ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist super gepflegt und die Küche super ausgestattet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin war ständig zu erreichen und erfüllte einem jeden Wunsch. Das absolute Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit Jacuzzi, welcher natürlich reichlich genutzt wurde. Kann das Inserat nur weiterempfehlen! Kommen gerne wieder.

Myself and a group of friends visited Marijana’s place in June - we chose this house because of the great value compared to similar properties nearby. We were so pleased with the whole experience - the house is massive and spotless, and though it is a little out of the way, it affords a bit of peace and quiet. In particular we liked the size of the kitchen, the pool, and the outdoor cooking area, and the views of the nearby national park. I’d highly recommend this property to a family or group of friends.

The accommodation is great and looks exactly like the photos, the check-in was flexible which was very convenient for us. Communication was super nice and quick and Šime gave us some tips for our stay!

Die Unterkunft liegt genau richtig! In der Altstadt dennoch sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung liegt auf der 4. Etage eines Mehrfamilienhauses ohne Aufzug, jedoch war das für uns kein Problem. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hat uns persönlich empfangen und unsere Fragen beantwortet. Wir konnten Kleinigkeiten kochen, ohne Einschränkungen. Das, was mich persönlich besonders gefallen hat, ist das saubere große Badezimmer. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen!

The host made us feel very welcome when checking in. The apartment is located in a peaceful neighborhood, only a 10 minute walk from the centre. It’s furnished beautifully and was completely spotless. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation or is looking to explore the town of Zadar.

Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts. Tolle Lage, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Das Apartment liegt in einer Apartment Anlage. Wir hatten Glück und waren die meiste Zeit alleine in der Bucht. Vielleicht hatten wir nur Pech, doch oberhalb der Bucht verläuft eine Straße auf der während unseres Aufenthalts tagsüber sehr viele Motorrad Fahrer unterwegs waren. Abends und in den frühen Morgen Stunden war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Zeit bei Christian sehr genossen.

What a find! Our flight was delayed 3 hours, so we didn’t arrive until 3.30am. Our host Marijana was up and waiting for us. We were made to feel so welcome. Toni also took us to the supermarket the next day. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The apartment/villa was big and spotless. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. Lovely big shower. Towels provided for both shower and beach towels. We stayed on the ground floor - huge patio and a few steps to the pool which we had to ourselves most of the time. It is open from 9am to 10pm. Lovely and warm and the furniture around the pool was really comfortable. We didn’t hire a car. It is about 30 minutes walk into Zadar Centre but only 5 € in an Uber. We loved Zadar but the accommodation is what made the holiday so fantastic. You rarely find hosts as lovely as Mirjana and Toni. Always on hand and they even made us a lovely breakfast on our last day. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend

Super schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mitten in Zadar. Sehr zentral. Sehr schick, super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und in einer angenehm ruhigen Lage. Der Pool und der Jacuzzi waren immer sehr sauber und es gab genug freie Liegemöglichkeiten. In der Wohnung war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden und alles top gepflegt. Radovan war ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber mit guten Englischkenntnissen, der Austausch war jederzeit problemlos möglich. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

Wonderful 4-bedroom apartment in a peaceful area. The rooftop terrace with jacuzzi and sun loungers was a real highlight. The host was very kind and always helpful. Big bonus: free, spacious private parking right by the building. Highly recommended!
