Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Grad Pag

Lovely little house, in a modern style, very well equipped. Great location, big backyard with parking. A large shaded patio is also a huge plus. We are very happy with your stay. The only problem was checking in. I believe the contact number should be provided right away at the time of booking.

Location and accommodation were as described or seen on the pictures, nice terrace, extremely clean. To the beach (pebbles and rocks) a direct short path, about 50 m. Town center of Pag about 2 km, bakery and fruit vegetable shop about 300 m, open all the time. Marija was often on site, extremely warm and accommodating! We felt very comfortable and thank you again for their exceptional hospitality!

Ivančica welcomed us very warmly. The apartment was modern and clean, especially the bathroom was great :) As in the description, there was basic equipment in the kitchen and sufficient towels in the bathroom. Below the apartment there is another apartment that may be used. When we were there, no one was there. In this respect, we also had the outdoor area to ourselves, here you will find both a large dining table and a lounge corner to relax :) The surroundings are very scenic, you have both the mountains and the sea right on site. In addition, the neighborhood is very quiet, except for the sheep you rarely hear anyone here :) We were able to relax well. But you definitely need a car to get to the place. Very welcoming hosts. Convenient location of the house. Short walk to beaches and shops, but at the same time a quiet and peaceful place. Nice view from the terrace. Stylishly decoratedinterior. There is everything you need for your stay. There is an opportunity to light a grill and cook fish or meat. It was our best vacation ever.

We stayed with Ivan with the family for almost 5 weeks from July to August. Really big families can live there. The house is located away from the center, which we enjoyed very much for relaxation. The center of Vir offers a lot if desired. The house offers air conditioning in two rooms. This was very helpful with the warm temperatures. The house is completely surrounded by a half-height wall and locked with a gate, so it is very safe and protected for children as there is a street in front of the house. There are two terraces at the house where the sun is alternately and invites you to sunbathe and relax. All around is nature or small houses with garden. Ivan has an extra garden where you can relax on hammocks. From there, many hikes can be made into nature and to various swimming coves! Ivan was always reachable and always helped us. Workshop recommendation, excursions,... thank you!!!

In the hot summer, this was the ideal holiday home for us. A lovely large swimming pool and the house itself is wonderfully cool and clean. The house has many large rooms, so we had enough space with 10 people. It is within walking distance of the beach and the village with shops and restaurants. Bistro Leut is highly recommended! We had wonderful days on Pag and in the holiday home!

This place was amazing! The best part is having your own private beach, just a 30-second walk from the house – you step out the door and you're already by the sea. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a private yard with a BBQ area, perfect for relaxing and grilling. The beach was all ours with no one else around. The host speaks excellent English and was always available to answer questions and help out. There are lots of national parks nearby, and Zadar is only about an hour’s drive. Groceries and restaurants are also easy to reach by car (20-30 minutes).

We spent our current vacation here and were super satisfied. Very nice hosts. The whole apartment was very neat and well maintained. As a welcome, there was a bottle of water and a juice and to say goodbye a small gift we were satisfied. The sea can be reached quickly in a two-minute walk.

We had two great weeks with Anja and her family at Villa Kobali! The whole family is very friendly, accommodating and responsive. The place is as pictured, everything is clean, the air conditioning works great, the pool is a highlight (daily cleaning), balcony with sea view, large parking lot, the kitchen is fully sufficient even if it is small, cozy beds! The location is also great, within walking distance are great restaurants, the small town center, shops. The beach of Povljana is relatively crowded, many children, very warm water, probably good for families! We were there by car and avoided larger beaches nearby - the island of Pag has a lot to offer and from Povljana you can reach a lot of things easily (for example, we were in Pag town, Novalja, the olive groves of Lun and in the Krka National Park - highly recommended!). All in all we had a super nice summer vacation and say thank you to Anja and family for the great accommodation!

We found the place to be very clean and cozy. For our 3 dogs, the lower apartment with the large terrace was simply excellent, this apartment Peter suggested us, wanted to book another one in the house. But were very happy that we got this. The apartment offers everything you need to live, as on many islands, it is best to buy the water in the supermarket. Unfortunately, the only drawback is the parking for 3 apartments, especially if you drive a large car. Otherwise, as I said, everything is GREAT AGAIN

Mandre is a beautiful and calm place and also Petar's appartement is! We are three friends, who spend some holiday together, and we had a really good time here. The appartement is well equipped and so we didn't missed anything. Petar is a nice host and if we had a question, he answered it immediately. The appartement has a beautiful garden, we like really much and the ways to the beach or some really good restaurants are very short. Our neighbors for this time were a nice family, who come here every year since 10 years, and we understand why! Highly recommendable!

Beautiful new apartment in Mandre. Lively at day time, but really quiet at night. Perfect place to have some relaxing time. The restaurant below the apartment had really good food.

All good, check-in was possible an hour before. Everything nicely and high-quality furnishings, heated pool, with lounge chairs, no problems.

Very nice apartment and a very good location if you have a car. Marin was attentive and gave us recommendations on where to eat and which beaches to visit. Recommended!

Beautiful, modern, exclusive, spacious apartment, perfectly located on the water next to the promenade. Very well-equipped, smart tv in each bedroom, clean towels, good linens, nice tableware, available chemistry, washing machine, sun loungers all made the stay more enjoyable. Great communication and lovely Mr. Josip, who brought his private hdmi cable on Christmas day, I appreciate and thank you. Close to grocery store, peace and quiet. Recommended

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

The apartment is just like in the photos, spacious, clean and has rich amenities. The sea is really very close, 1-minute walk. Within 3 minutes the shores have shallow water with sand beneath that make it a great fit for families with small children. I would come back anytime to the apartment and the surroundings too. Our host was also very kind and responsive, she made sure that we can occupy the apartment as soon as possible - in fact we could get the keys 4.5 hours before the previously settled time.

We felt very comfortable - the apartment was clean, spacious and modern. We loved the terrace with the wonderful view of the sea and the sunset. Ideal as a base for trips to Nin, Zadar, or exploring the diverse landscape by bike or e-scooter. A beautiful sandy beach is within walking distance. The hosts were absolutely sweet and helpful. We will be happy to come back!

Sanja was great and the apartment was extremely nice and in a great location. If we’re ever back in Novalja we’ll certainly come back.
