There is air conditioning and Wi-Fi on both floors. Outside, a courtyard awaits,which always has shade on hot summer days, and a large barbecue. There is a beach run through the yard, just 10 meters away.

In the garden is a pool with holiday furniture under the pergola, 8 sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. There is a children's playground by the pool.
