It was very nice and quiet, very close to the beach, you can also see the sea from the terrace.The apartment was nicely cleaned and just like photos.

We stayed at the property for a week with four people. A contact person was on site every day and therefore easily accessible. The welcome was warm. The house is located directly on the sea. The water is clean and crystal clear and bathing is a dream. The street in the back of the house and traffic did not bother us. It is not possible to reach a place on foot, so you are dependent on a car for excursions (Zadar 60km & 1.5h; Karlobag 25km, 30min are the nearest larger places with shopping). Parking is available in front of the door. There were about 1.5 hours without shade on the premises every day. We just wanted to come down, relax and bathe in the sea and were able to do this perfectly. It was a very relaxing week without great activities in a very nice place. We can recommend the place to anyone who doesn't expect more than rest and thank the hostess.

Me and my family, had a fantastic holiday in the Budinski apartment, which is even more beautiful when you see it live. It offers a wonderful sea view and has a private pool and gourmet kitchen and a gas grill and offers many possibilities. There is a lot of restaurant and supermarket in the area and everything you need to have a very quiet and happy holiday. 😎 ️ a negative point was, the internet does not work or did not connect 🛜 and the TV was the same. Otherwise, everything was great .

Very nice and practically furnished apartment. Guaranteed parking space. Outside, you can use the barbecue, which is useful when you buy fresh fish. Mirjana and her husband are very kind and helpful. We were in the last week of June, so it was still peaceful what we wanted. The apartment is located in the very center of Simuni, literally on the bay, so there are also restaurants right next to it. You can walk to the water right next to the apartment or take a 5-minute walk to the beach.

Beautiful new apartment in Mandre. Lively at day time, but really quiet at night. Perfect place to have some relaxing time. The restaurant below the apartment had really good food.

The property and the location were really fantastic. The house is directly on the sea, with private access to the water and a terrace with insanely beautiful views. With a little luck, you can even see dolphins here. The owners who live in the separate basement are extremely friendly and always helpful. All in all, the perfect place to enjoy the sea in peace and soak up the sun.

The cottage was exactly as described. The kitchen was very clean and perfectly equipped. The AC has done a good job. The outdoor seating as well as the loungers make the stay pleasant. The proximity to the sea is perfect with children. Contact on arrival was very eager and friendly. Overall full score, highly recommended.

The place and the infrastructure are perfect. Everything can be reached on foot. The rooms are spacious and very clean. In any case, the house is large enough for 9 people. The view in the evening should be emphasized. One likes to sit on the terrace and enjoy the sunset. The contact on site was very courteous and always available. Only small drawback, the artificial grass gets hot relatively quickly. We were very satisfied with our stay and can highly recommend the house.

Spent 7 days at this place and it was wonderful. Super quiet place, beach is lovely for families and in 2 mins walking distance. Restaurant Dupin has awesome food. Ana's place was clean, spaceous and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Spectacular location right next to a small beach cove with amazing views. Lots of great spots outside to relax, eat etc. Accommodation comfortable and immaculately clean.

We felt very welcome, Jelena and her family were great hosts. We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was well equipped, we found everything we needed. We made extensive use of the grill in the patio. The best thing was of course the private beach, where we spent most of our time. The bay is great for swimming, snorkelling and paddling. You have to drive a bit to go grocery shopping, but the area is beautiful, so we didn't mind the short journey. We would definitely come back again. Thank you Jelena.

Davorka and Mladen were hosting us as a group of 4 adults and 2 children. Even better as we have expected. We loved the perfect house including the lovely terrace and the very clean beach/sea directly in front of it. If you are looking for a quiet and authentic airbnb we definitely reccomend a stay in Kosljun. So go for it…

A beautiful, restful place to stay in Zadar. Close to all amenities and great restaurants. Very easy to get around. The apartment is immaculate. The bed was nicely firm, fluffy towels, everything you may need was there. The hosts really stood for us. Lovely couple, who enjoy what they do.

We spend few days in Mira’s appartment. Everything was perfect, view was amazing and shops and beaches are very close. Communitation was perfect, very fast. We reccomend staying in this appartment.

Beautiful, modern, exclusive, spacious apartment, perfectly located on the water next to the promenade. Very well-equipped, smart tv in each bedroom, clean towels, good linens, nice tableware, available chemistry, washing machine, sun loungers all made the stay more enjoyable. Great communication and lovely Mr. Josip, who brought his private hdmi cable on Christmas day, I appreciate and thank you. Close to grocery store, peace and quiet. Recommended

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

We felt very comfortable - the apartment was clean, spacious and modern. We loved the terrace with the wonderful view of the sea and the sunset. Ideal as a base for trips to Nin, Zadar, or exploring the diverse landscape by bike or e-scooter. A beautiful sandy beach is within walking distance. The hosts were absolutely sweet and helpful. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed there for the autumn holidays. Since the season was already over, it was very quiet and peaceful. A lot had already been closed. But Kata had warned us that we would be a week late, so to speak. Nevertheless, it was very nice there. We cooked ourselves, which was no problem in the well-equipped kitchen. For the 5 of us, two adults with three children (9,9,12), the space was good although we spent quite a lot of time in it and often had to eat indoors because of the not always good weather. The beach is also very nice in autumn and perfect with kids. We were also able to bathe well when the sun showed up. We would definitely come back.

The apartment and outdoor space is cozy and perfectly equipped, it is perfectly clean and we felt great in it. Zrinka is a very attentive and sensitive host. We were absolutely satisfied! Thank you for a lovely holiday!
